M1 ID is an email address of your choice to allow you to remember it easily. It also allows you to login to manage all your services under M1.

It is a single login for your subsequent purchase, receive your eBill and more.

It is simple. The email address that you are providing for your first service with M1 is your “M1 ID”.

You can only sign up for one M1 ID under each NRIC/FIN.

Your M1 ID will remain active and it will allow you to access M1 Online Store.

You may change your M1 ID via My M1+ App.
