M1 eBill provides you with a secure and sustainable way to monitor your usage and spending across all M1 services.

M1 eBill is the secure electronic version of your monthly billing statement.

 

How to view your M1 eBill:

  1. Download and log in to My M1+ app with your M1 ID (registered email address).

  2. Go to the “Bills” tab at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Tap on "Latest bill" to view or download your most recent eBill.

All M1 Postpaid Mobile, Home Broadband, Fixed Voice and Enterprise customers are eligible for M1 eBill.

No, the M1 eBill feature is free for all eligible customers.

Once your new M1 service is activated, your eBill will be available from your next bill cycle.

 

We’ll notify you by app push notification, SMS, and the email address you provided at signup.

Note:

Your eBill notification email may be different from your M1 ID.

 

To check the email address used for eBill notification:

  1. Open My M1+ app and log in with your M1 ID.

  2. Go to the “Bills” tab at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Under “Quick links”, tap on “More” > “View / manage billing details”.

  4. You will be able to see the email you have provided under “eBill notification email”.

You can sign up for a free email account with any of these providers:

 

You can change your eBill notification email using My M1+ app.

 

  1. Open My M1+ app and sign in with your M1 ID.

  2. Go to the “Bills” tab at the bottom of your screen.

  3. Under “Quick links”, tap on “More > Change eBill notification email”.

  4. Enter your new eBill notification email.

    A one-time PIN (OTP) will be sent to this email for verification.

  5. Follow the steps provided to complete and save your changes.

Alternatively, you can update your eBill notification email via the “More” tab > “Billing Management” at the bottom right of your screen in My M1+ app.

Note:

For your security, changes to your eBill notification email are only available when you are logged in with your M1 ID—not your M1 mobile number.

You can access your eBills for the past 6 months, including your current bill.

A monthly fee of $2.73 (inclusive of GST) applies to each billing account you choose to receive paper bills for.

 

To opt in for paper bills, simply log in to My M1+ app with your M1 ID.

 

  1. Go to “More” tab > tap on “Billing management”.

  2. Select the billing account for which you want to receive paper bills.

  3. Toggle on the option to receive paper bills.

Note:

You’ll continue to receive your eBill in My M1+ app even if you opt in for paper bills.

If you have not received your eBill notification via email, it could be due to the following reasons:

 

  • The email was delivered to your spam or junk folder.

  • Your email mailbox has insufficient storage space.

  • There may be a temporary issue with your email server.

You can also check your eBill notification email address in My M1+ app to make sure it’s up to date.

No, eBill arrangements are applied to the entire billing account and cannot be excluded for selected services.

No, M1 no longer provides itemised bill breakdowns for local call usage on any plan.
