Roaming Voice Pack
Roaming voice pack gives you a bundle of 50-minutes talk time when overseas, covering both incoming and outgoing calls.
A Roaming Voice Pack is valid for one billing cycle month.
It will stay active and renews automatically every month until you choose to unsubscribe it.
You can subscribe to Roaming Voice Pack on our current range of mobile plans:

No, voice roaming service will be automatically activated when you subscribe to your line.
You can do so via My M1+ App.
You will receive a confirmation SMS and notification in My M1+ app when your Roaming Voice Pack is successfully subscribed/unsubscribed.
You can subscribe to a Roaming Voice Pack when in Singapore or overseas via My M1+ App. For a smooth experience, we recommend subscibing before you travel so you're covered as soon as you arrive.
Yes, you may subscribe the two voice packs at the same time.
No. You can only re-subscribe your Roaming Voice Pack from the following billing cycle month after unsubscription.
No, you can only subscribe to 1 Roaming Voice Pack Asia or Rest of the World at a time.
When you subscribe to a Roaming Voice Pack, you'll pay:
Subscription fee: $5 for Asia pack / $10 for Rest of the World pack
*No activation fee applies.
You'll be charged the full monthly pack fee from the day you subscribed your Roaming Voice Pack, even if you use it for just a few days.
There's no minimum subscription period - you can cancel anytime.
Your Roaming Voice Pack will renew every billing cycle month until you unsubscribe it
Roaming Voice Pack will be valid for one billing cycle month.
Eg. You are on Billing Cycle 1st of the month
Roaming Voice Pack subscribed on 26 Oct 2026 and will expire on 31 Oct 2026. Pack will be renewed on 1 Nov 2026 when the new billing cycle starts.
Notification alert with details will be available in My M1+ App when Roaming Voice Pack has been successfully subscribed.
You may check your Roaming Voice Pack usage via My M1+ App.
Notification alert will be sent when you have utilised 75% and 90% of your bundle minutes entitlement.
All calls will be charged under standard Pay-as-you-go rates (varies by countries) until the pack renews
All unused bundle minutes will be forfeited when the pack expired.
A new Roaming Voice Pack will be auto activated when your pack expired. You can check your Roaming Voice Pack usage via My M1+ App.
The Roaming Voice Pack can only be used for calls made when you are in a country covered by your subscribed pack.
Roaming Voice Pack comes with additional call minutes on-top of your local bundle minutes for overseas usage.
You will not be able to use Roaming Voice Pack on a non-preferred network. View the list of preferred network here or simply access My M1+ App.
