It will stay active until you choose to deactivate it.

You can easily subscribe or unsubscribe to Data Passport using My M1+ app.

You’ll receive a confirmation SMS once your Data Passport has been successfully activated or deactivated.

You can subscribe to Data Passport anytime using the My M1+ app, whether you’re in Singapore or overseas.

Yes, you can subscribe to multiple Data Passports at the same time.

Each Data Passport comes with a one-time activation fee of $5 and a monthly subscription fee.

Yes, you’ll need to pay the $5 activation fee every time you activate a Data Passport, even if it’s more than once in the same month.

You’ll be charged the full monthly fee from the day you activate your Data Passport, even if you use it for just a few days.

There’s no minimum subscription period—you can cancel anytime.

Your Data Passport will renew every month until you deactivate it.

To deactivate your Data Passport in My M1+ app:

1. Log in to My M1+ app.

2. Tap the Roaming tab.

3. Select your active Data Passport.

4. Tap Deactivate and confirm.

    

You’ll receive an SMS once your Data Passport has been deactivated.

You can use your Data Passport in the countries covered, as long as you connect to M1’s preferred partner networks.

To check the list of countries and networks:

1. Log in to My M1+ app.

2. Tap the "Roaming" tab at the bottom.

3. Go to the Data Passport section.

4. Select your Data Passport and tap “View partner networks” for the full list.

Once you’ve used up your local data bundle while overseas and are connected to a preferred network, here’s how you’ll be charged for extra data:

• You’ll first be charged at your local excess data rate, based on your mobile plan. This continues until you reach the Data Passport limit of 15GB.

• Once your usage exceeds 15GB, any further data will be charged at $12.22 per GB, up to your plan’s data bill cap.

You can track your usage and charges easily using My M1+ app.

If you connect to a non-preferred network, you will not be able to enjoy data roaming with your Data Passport.

To stay connected, make sure your device is on one of our preferred networks in your destination country.

Here’s what you can do:

1. Check the list of preferred networks in My M1+ app.

2. If your device doesn’t connect automatically, go to your network settings and select a preferred network manually.
