Log in with your M1 ID for a complete view of all your services, update your profile, manage payment arrangements and more.

When you sign up for your first service with M1, you’ll be asked to provide an email address.
This email will become your M1 ID, which you’ll use to log in to My M1+ app or shop online at M1.com.sg.
No, each NRIC/FIN can be linked to only one M1 ID.
Your M1 ID is the email address you use during registration, and you cannot register multiple M1 IDs under the same NRIC/FIN.
Your M1 ID will remain active.
You can still log in to My M1+ app to pay any outstanding bills, or use your M1 ID to shop online at M1.com.sg.
Log in to My M1+ app using your existing M1 ID.
Under “More” > "Admin" > “My account information”, tap on your Registered Email Address (M1 ID) to change it.
