You can use the Caller Number Non-Display add-on to keep your number private. You have two options:
 

  • Permanent: Your number is hidden for all calls.
     

  • Per-Call: You choose which calls to hide your number.
     

The add-on costs $5.45 per month (including GST).


 

To activate Caller Number Non-Display:
 

  1. Log in to My M1+ app with your M1 ID (registered email address).
     

  2. Go to the “More” tab at the bottom of your screen.
     

  3. Scroll to the add-ons section.
     

  4. Tap “Caller Number Non-Display”
     

  5. Select "Permanent" or "Per Call."
     

  6. Tap “Subscribe now” and follow the steps to confirm your subscription

Permanent: Your number will be hidden for all outgoing calls by default.
 

Per call: If you prefer to hide your number only for a specific call, simply dial #31# before the number you want to call (e.g. #31#98765432).

Caller Number Non-Display only works for voice calls. Your number will still show when you send an SMS. For overseas calls, your number may still be displayed depending on the foreign network operator.
