The 4G Voice service (“Service”) is available to all M1 Postpaid Mobile customers on Data Bundled plans with 4G VAS.

The Service is only available for local usage on M1 supported devices.

Local voice usage on the Service will be deducted from the bundled minutes on customer’s Data Bundled plan with 4G VAS.

Excess talktime will be charged at 18.19 cents per minute for SIM-only Plan and Plan with Device. All other eligible Data Bundled plans will be charged at 16.05 cents per minute.

Free local incoming calls are valid till further notice and applies to the Service on Data Bundled plans with 4G VAS.

To enjoy the Service, both the caller and recipient of the call must:

• use M1 supported devices
• subscribe to any M1 Data Bundled plan with 4G VAS

Service experience is subject to and may vary based on types of devices used and location of use.

M1 Limited’s General Terms and Conditions published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
