Follow this dialling sequence:

 

For a local call: + [Country Code] [Area Code] [Number]

 

Example (Australia) : +61 3 12345678

 

To call Singapore: +65 [Number]

 

Example: +65 12345678

 

 

If you are still unable to make a call using the above dialling sequence, please refer to the trouble steps below.

This could be due to unstable network coverage.

 

Please try the following steps:

  • Check your network mode
  • Look at the signal indicator on your phone to see if you’re on 5G or 4G.

 

If you’re on 5G:

  • Switch your network setting from 5G to 4G.
  • Try making the call again.

 

If you’re on 4G:

  • Restart your device or manually select a different network operator.
  • Try making the call again.

Note:


a. A 20% surcharge applies to all roaming rates for Pay-As-You-Go Roaming customers.


b. Roaming call charges apply when a call connects while you’re overseas.


c. A “connected call” may include situations where your call is routed to a foreign operator’s network announcement – for example, when the call is declined, unanswered, or cannot be completed.


d. You may also incur charges for calls that are intentionally rejected or diverted to voicemail, where applicable, as these are still considered connected on the roaming network
