Premium IDD 002 is available on all M1 mobile and fixed lines.
Just dial ‘002’ or use the ‘+’ sign before the country code to make international calls, and you’ll be charged at the Premium IDD 002 rate.
If you’re a postpaid user:
You can block all outgoing international calls (IDD) easily by dialling ∗331∗password# and press call.
1234 is the default password if you haven’t changed it before.
If you’ve forgotten your password or need help, call us at 1627 for assistance.
Alternatively, you can activate call barring in your phone’s settings—steps may vary by phone model.

You can call our M1 Prepaid hotline at 1693, and our team will help you block outgoing international calls.
Yes, you can simply press '+' to make international calls.
All calls made using '+' will be charged at the Premium IDD 002 rates, so you don’t need to dial 002 separately.
