To avoid incurring unintended data roaming charges, you can either:

• Disable both Data Roaming feature and 4G/5G service on your mobile device. Thereafter, turn Airplane mode to “On” and then “Off”; or
• Deactivate data roaming service on your mobile line via the following self-service channels:
