Mobile Number Portability

All about Mobile Number Portability

No, M1 does not support porting in a number to replace an existing active M1 mobile number. Port-in is only available when you sign up for a new line.

Yes, you can keep your current number. Just request to port in your number when you sign up for a new line on the M1 website or at any M1 Shop. You’ll get a temporary M1 number while we process your request. Once the transfer is complete, you can use your current number with M1.

Note:

Please make sure your contract with your current provider has ended, or you may be charged an early termination fee.

You’ll receive notifications to keep you updated throughout the port-in process. Once your number has been successfully ported to M1, we’ll let you know and you can start using it right away.

Note:

Please make sure your temporary M1 SIM card or eSIM is activated so your port-in request can be processed smoothly.
