It never changes, so every time you go online, you’ll have the same IP address.
A dynamic IP address changes with each session.
A static IP address is unique to you and never changes.
If you relocate your Home Broadband service, your Static IP address may need to be changed.
Please provide your service details and new address so we can check for you.
Switching from HomePac plan to GamePRO plan, or vice versa, requires us to change your Static IP address.
Otherwise, no change is required.
Each M1 Home Broadband service can only be linked to one Static IP address.
