  1. Can I continue to use the mobile number I have after 30 days?

    All SIM cards that are registered using foreign passports cannot be extended. Therefore, the SIM will expire, and services will be ceased from the 31st day onwards.

  2. What do I need to do if I want to continue using the mobile number?
    You will need to update your registered document from passport to work permit or any of the following documents. After the update of ID, you will be able to top-up and continue using the same number.

    • S Pass
    • Employment Pass
    • EntrePass
    • Training Employment Pass

  3. What happens to the mobile number if I do not update to local ID?
    The SIM will be terminated on the 31st day.

    Yes, you can port out to other telco before the SIM is terminated.
