Maxx Transfer of Ownership

• Both transferee and transferor are required to be present.
• There will be a service charge of $10.90 (inclusive of GST)

• NRIC/FIN physical card holder: physical ID 
• Passport holder: physical passport (only accepted if transferor was registered using passport)
• Digital pass for Student, LTVP, Dependent Pass are not accepted
   

Maxx Change in ID

Please bring the original documents

• NRIC/FIN physical card holder: physical ID 
• Passport holder: physical passport (only accepted if user was registered using passport)
• Digital pass for Student, LTVP, Dependent Pass are not accepted
   

Maxx Change in Name (also available in Maxx App)

   • NRIC/FIN physical card holder: physical ID
   • Passport holder: physical passport (only accepted if user was registered using passport)
   • Digital pass for Student, LTVP, Dependent Pass are not accepted 

Maxx eSIM to physical SIM exchange

Please bring your phone with the eSIM and the NRIC/FIN used during registration.

NRIC/FIN physical card holder: physical ID 

LTVP, Student Pass and Dependant Pass: Singpass digital ID 

There will be a service charge of $5.45 (inclusive of GST)

Please note that you will not be able to switch back to eSIM after you have changed from eSIM to physical SIM as this is currently not supported.
