Can I subscribe to Daily Passport on any M1 mobile plans?
You can subscribe to Daily Passport on our current range of mobile data bundled plans:
Consumer: Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract, Bespoke SIM-only, Bespoke Family,
Corporate Individual: Bespoke Flexi (Business) , Bespoke SIM-only (Business), Bespoke Contract (Business) – [Base plan and Base plan with $13.24/$32.09/$59.49/$10.09/$23.22/$50.47 add-ons]​

Do I need to activate any roaming subscription to use Daily Passport?
No, Pay-As-You-Go roaming service will be automatically activated when you subscribe to Daily Passport.However, you will need turn on Data Roaming Setting on your mobile device.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to Daily Passport?
You may do so via My M1+ App.

How do I know if I have successfully subscribed/unsubscribed to Daily Passport?
You will receive a confirmation SMS when your subscription to Daily Passport has been successfully processed.

Do I need to subscribe to Daily Passport before I travel?
You can subscribe to a Daily Passport when in Singapore or overseas via My M1+ App. We recommend that you subscribe to Daily Passport before leaving for your travel destination. Subscription charge will apply only when there's roaming data usage.

When will I get charge for Daily Passport?
Daily Passport charge will apply only when there's roaming data usage in the selected destination.

Can I subscribe to more than one Daily Passport at the same time?
Yes, you may subscribe to one or more destinations Daily Passport at the same time.

Can I subscribe to Daily Passport when I've reached my $100 Data Roaming Cap (DRC) limit?
You will need to reset your $100 DRC limit before you can subscribe to Daily Passport.

Do I get charge once or twice if I used the 3GB data across 2 or more partner networks available in the same country?
You will only be charged once as the data is usable across all partner networks in the same country.

What is Pre-registration to Daily Passport?
Pre-registration is the new feature that gives you the convenience of subscribing to 74 countries’ Daily Passport with just one-click.

Can I subscribe to Pre-registration to Daily Passport?

Do I need to pay for the Pre-registration to Daily Passport?
No, pre-registration is completely free.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe Pre-registration to Daily Passport?
You may do so via My M1+ App.

Why do I need to Pre-register to Daily Passport?
With pre-registration, you can leave behind the hassle of doing individual country’s Daily Passport subscription whenever you travel as Daily Passport will be auto activated when you turn on data roaming in the country of travel.

What are the charges if I subscribe to a Malaysia Daily Passport on my Bespoke plan?
Malaysia: $2.95 for each Daily Passport activated
Subscription charge: $4.95 on the month you travel with Daily Passport. (Charged once per billing cycle)
You will be charged a total of $7.90 ($2.95 + $4.95 subscription) when data roaming usage is detected. Another $2.95 charge will apply for the subsequent Daily Passport activated.

What are the charges if I need to subscribe 2 Daily Passports for Malaysia within the same billing cycle month?
Malaysia: $2.95 for each Daily Passport activated
Subscription charge: $4.95 on the month you travel with Daily Passport. (Charged once per billing cycle)
You will be charged a total of $10.85 ($2.95 x 2 Daily Passport + $4.95 subscription) when data roaming usage is detected.

What are the charges if I need to subscribe 2 Daily Passports for Malaysia overlapping two billing cycle months?
Malaysia: $2.95 for each Daily Passport activated
Subscription charge: $4.95 on the month you travel with Daily Passport. (Charged once per billing cycle)
You will be charged a total of $15.80 ($2.95 x 2 Daily Passports + $4.95 subscription x 2 months) when data roaming usage is detected.

What are the charges if I subscribe to Daily Passports for Malaysia and Japan within the same billing cycle month?
Malaysia: $2.95 for each Daily Passport activated
Japan: $3.95 for each Daily Passport activated
Subscription charge: $4.95 on the month you travel with Daily Passport. You will only be charged once per billing cycle.
You will be charged a total of $11.85 ($2.95 Malaysia Daily Passport + $3.95 Japan Daily Passport + $4.95 subscription) when data roaming usage is detected. Another $2.95 for Malaysia & $3.95 for Japan will apply for the subsequent Daily Passport activated.

You will be charged a total of $32.55 ($2.95 Malaysia Daily Passport x 5 + $3.95 Japan Daily Passport x 2 + $4.95 subscription x 2 months) when data roaming usage is detected.

What are the charges if I subscribe to Pre-registration to Daily Passport?
No charge applies for Pre-registration to Daily Passport.

I have activated Daily Passport. How do I calculate the usage validity?
Daily Passport will be valid for 24 hours from the activation time in foreign country.
Eg. Daily Passport activated in Thailand at 0600hrs on 01 Jan 23 and will expire after 24hrs at 0559hrs on 02 Jan 23.
Notification alert with details will be available in My M1+ App when Daily Passport has been successfully activated.

I have activated Daily Passport. Can I check my data usage consumption and duration left so that I can control my usage?
You may check your Daily Passport usage via My M1+ App.
Notification alert will be sent when you have utilised 75% and 90% of your data entitlement.

What happens if my Daily Passport data entitlement is fully used?
A new Daily Passport bundle will be auto-activated when your data entitlement is fully used. You can check your Daily Passport usage via My M1+ App.

What happens if I did not completely utilise the data within 24hours?
All unused data will be forfeited when the bundle expired.

What happens if my Daily Passport expired after 24hours?
A new Daily Passport bundle will be auto-activated when your bundle expired. You can check your Daily Passport usage via My M1+ App.

I am subscribed to Data Passport. Can I subscribe to Daily Passport for the same destination?
You must unsubscribe from Data Passport before subscribing to Daily Passport.

I am subscribed to Daily Passport. Can I subscribe to Data Passport for the same destination?
Yes, you may subscribe via My M1+ App. Please note that your Data Passport entitlement will take precedence.

What happens if I switch to a non-preferred network when I have Daily Passport?
You will not be able to use Daily Passport or Data Roaming on a non-preferred network. If you need to locate the preferred network, simply access My M1+ App.
If you are connected to a non-preferred network, you will not be able to data roam.

Am I eligible for 5G Roaming?
All M1 customers with the following can enjoy 5G Roaming:
1. An active 5Go Access/ 5Go Plus Booster subscription
2. A 5G SA enabled device
3. A 5G SIM card

How do I sign-up or activate my 5Go Access?
All M1’s Bespoke plans now comes with FREE 5Go Access until further notice. You will immediately get it activated when you sign up or change to the eligible plans. Alternatively, you may activate 5Go Access via My M1+ App.

Why do I need a 5G SIM?

How do I start using 5G Roaming?
You will need a 5G enabled mobile device with active 5Go Access / 5Go Plus Booster subscription before you can start using 5G Roaming.
Upon reaching your destination, please ensure 5G network setting is enabled in your mobile device and preferred network is selected.
For IOS user: Go to “Settings” > Select “Mobile Data” > Select “Mobile Data Options” > Select “Voice & Data” > Set to “5G On” & make sure to have “5G Standalone” turned on.
For Android user: Go to “Settings” > Select “Connections” > Select “Mobile Networks” > Select “Network Mode” > Set to “5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)”.

How do I know whether I am connected to 5G?
You should be able to see a 5G icon at the top of your device. If you do not see it, please check that you have the following:
1. An active 5Go Access / 5Go Plus Booster subscription
2. A 5G SA enabled device
3. A 5G SIM card
4. An active Data Passport or Daily Passport subscription
5. Device is set to the correct 5G settings
6. Selected preferred network with 5G Roaming enabled

If I am not in the 5G network area, what will happen?
You will continue to enjoy undisrupted 4G connectivity when not in the 5G network area.

I've got a 5G device and a 5G plan but I'm not able to connect to 5G network. What do I need to do?
To enjoy seamless and undisrupted 5G network, you'll need to be on a 5G SA enabled device, a 5G SIM card, a 5G enabled plan and the right 5G settings on your device. Once you have these combination, you'll be able to enjoy 5G Roaming with minimal distruption.

I'm not able to connect to 5G network, what can I do?
Please check that you have the following:
1. An active 5Go Access / 5Go Plus Booster subscription
2. A 5G SA enabled device
3. A 5G SIM card
4. An active Data Passport or Daily Passport subscription
5. Device is set to the correct 5G settings
6. Selected preferred network with 5G Roaming enabled

If you have all the above and still not getting 5G network, you may need to reset the 5G settings in your device and reconnect to the selected preferred network.

Can I choose alternative network available for 5G Roaming?
5G Roaming is only available on the selected operator's network in the listed destinations.
