If I am a CIS customer, how do I buy the iPhone Duo from the M1 Online Shop?
CIS customers can purchase the iPhone Duo online by following these steps:
Step 0 – Pre-check CIS eligibility
Check your eligibility for M1 CIS benefits before starting your purchase.
Step 1 – Choose your phone and plan
Select:
- iPhone 18 Duo model
- Colour
- Storage capacity
- Eligible plan – Bespoke Flexi or Bespoke Contract
- Contract term
- Promo code, if applicable
Click Next.
Step 2 – Verify your corporate email
Enter the OTP sent to your corporate email address to verify your CIS eligibility.
Step 3 – Validate your identity
- Existing M1 customers: Log in with your M1 ID using your personal email address.
- New M1 customers: Log in via Singpass.
Step 4 – Review and check out
Review your order and complete the required details, where applicable:
- Email address
- Phone number
- Phone and plan selection

What if my preferred iPhone Duo model is out of stock?
If your preferred iPhone Duo model, colour or storage capacity is unavailable, you can use M1's Priority Reservation service via WhatsApp.

Can I change or cancel my order after submitting it?
No. All successful orders are finalized and cannot be amended or cancelled after submission.
This includes iPhone Duo changes variant, for example :

How does Priority Reservation work?
Due to overwhelming demand, iPhone Duo stocks will be limited. M1’s Priority Reservation via WhatsApp lets you secure a place in the queue for the next available iPhone Duo inventory.
A $50 non-refundable pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation. This amount will be fully credited towards your final device purchase upon collection. Once your selected device becomes available, we'll notify you with your collection details.
Will I still enjoy the same promotions when my iPhone Duo becomes available?
Promotions and offers for Priority Reservations will be based on the prevailing promotions and prices on the day your device is ready for collection.
Note: The $50 pre-payment will remain fully credited towards your final device purchase regardless of the promotions available at the time of collection.
