- This promotion is only valid for eligible customers who, during the period from 1 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both dates inclusive), successfully purchase an eligible Samsung S26 series handset with an eligible M1 Bespoke Flexi mobile plan on M1’s designated online purchase site, and complete payment at checkout using an EZ-Link Wallet with Mastercard.
- For the purposes of this promotion:
- a. “eligible Samsung S26 series handset” means such Samsung S26 series handset models, variants and/or bundles as may be designated by M1 for this promotion from time to time;
- b. “new M1 customer” means a customer who signs up for a new M1 mobile line or ports in a mobile number to M1 under an eligible M1 Bespoke Flexi mobile plan, as determined by M1; and
- c. “existing M1 customer” means a current M1 mobile subscriber who purchases an eligible Samsung S26 series handset together with an eligible M1 Bespoke Flexi mobile plan in accordance with M1’s applicable eligibility criteria, as determined by M1.
- d. For the avoidance of doubt, eligibility for classification as a new M1 customer or an existing M1 customer shall be determined solely by M1, whose decision shall be final unless it is shown to have been made in error.
- New M1 customers are eligible to receive a discount of twelve Singapore dollars (S$12) off the monthly subscription fee of the eligible M1 Bespoke Flexi mobile plan for up to thirty-six (36) consecutive billing months, subject always to continued eligibility and successful application of promo code SPL12OFF534972 at the point of checkout on M1’s designated online purchase site.
- Existing M1 customers are eligible to receive a one-time discount of fifty Singapore dollars (S$50) off the eligible purchase price upon successful application of promo code SPL50OFF534972 at the point of checkout on M1’s designated online purchase site.
- The applicable promo code must be entered and successfully applied at checkout before the order is submitted. Promo codes that are omitted, entered incorrectly, invalid, expired, rejected, or otherwise not successfully applied during checkout shall be deemed forfeited and shall not be reinstated, reissued, credited, refunded or applied retrospectively after checkout has been completed.
- This promotion is available only where payment for the eligible purchase is successfully completed using an EZ-Link Wallet with Mastercard on M1’s designated online purchase site. No other payment mode shall qualify. For the avoidance of doubt, unsuccessful payment attempts, abandoned carts, subsequent changes of payment mode, offline payments, split payments, or any payment method other than EZ-Link Wallet with Mastercard shall not qualify for this promotion.
- Each promo code is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other benefit, and may not be resold, combined, substituted or otherwise dealt with.
- Each eligible order may use one (1) promo code only, and each customer may redeem the applicable promotion only once unless otherwise expressly stated by M1. Promo codes may not be combined with each other.
- Promotion is while stocks last and subject to availability of eligible handsets, models, colours, storage variants and/or fulfilment options. Submission of an order does not guarantee order acceptance, successful processing, handset availability, delivery, collection or activation. M1 reserves the right to reject, cancel or not fulfil any order that does not satisfy its eligibility, verification, stock availability, operational or technical requirements.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or vouchers unless otherwise stated by M1 in writing.
- For new M1 customers receiving the twelve Singapore dollars (S$12) monthly subscription discount, such discount shall be applied by M1 to the eligible monthly service subscription charges only, for up to thirty-six (36) consecutive billing cycles, and is not a cash rebate or refund. Any unused portion in a given month shall not be refundable, transferable or carried forward, unless otherwise determined by M1.
- Any monthly discount or one-time discount under this promotion shall cease to apply, and may be reversed, withdrawn or forfeited, if: (a) the eligible order is cancelled, refunded, returned or exchanged; (b) the relevant mobile service is terminated, suspended, converted, transferred or changed to a non-eligible plan; (c) activation is not completed; (d) payment is reversed, disputed or charged back; or (e) M1 determines that the customer has breached these terms or any applicable M1 service, handset or promotional terms.
- This Promotion is subject at all times to M1’s applicable service subscription terms, handset sale terms, delivery or collection terms, and any other terms governing the purchase transaction on M1’s designated online purchase site. In the event of any inconsistency, M1’s applicable purchase, service and fulfilment terms shall prevail to the extent necessary to administer the order and service.
- SimplyGo’s role in this promotion is limited to supporting awareness and marketing communications only. The purchase site, order processing, payment acceptance, eligibility verification, promo code validation, discount application, billing, fulfilment, handset-related matters, service activation, returns, refunds and customer support relating to the purchase transaction are administered by M1. Accordingly, any queries, disputes or complaints relating to the order, eligibility, checkout process, application of promo codes, billing, fulfilment or provision of the mobile service should be directed to M1.
- M1 may require such information or documentation as it reasonably deems necessary to verify eligibility for this promotion. M1 reserves the right to disqualify any customer, withhold any discount, or recover any benefit granted under this promotion where it reasonably suspects abuse, misuse, fraudulent activity, duplicate participation or breach of these terms.
- M1 and SimplyGo shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in the availability of the promotion caused by system errors, network issues, interrupted internet connectivity, failed payment processing, platform downtime, unauthorised interference, technical malfunction or any cause beyond their reasonable control.
- M1 and SimplyGo reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the promotion and its terms without prior notice, provided that no such amendment shall unfairly deprive a customer of a discount already validly applied and confirmed for a completed eligible transaction, except where such transaction is subsequently cancelled, reversed, found to be ineligible, fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
- Other terms and conditions apply, including M1’s standard terms applicable to handset purchases, service subscriptions and promotions. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable M1 terms.
