Free 2 months Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on (“Data Add-on”) Promotion is valid for new sign-ups to Bespoke Flexi and Bespoke Contract :
The promotion is provisioned at the point of sign-up / port-in.
Thereafter, prevailing subscription charges of $6.12 will apply.
Subscription and promotion will not be pro-rated under any circumstances.
Customers who choose to subscribe to the Add-on at a later point will not enjoy the promotion.

Unlimited Weekend Data and $10.19 Talktime & SMS Pack Promotion

Promotion is applicable for new sign-ups and change of plan to any Bespoke SIM-only.
To enjoy the free Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on and $10.19 Talktime & SMS Pack promotion, you must subscribe for both add-ons together upon sign up/re-contract.
Prevailing subscription for Unlimited Weekend Data Add-on and $10.19 Talktime & SMS Pack of $6.12 per month and $10.19 per month will apply respectively after the promotion.
Promotion is valid till further notice.
There is no pro-ration of subscription and promotion under any circumstances.
Customers who choose to subscribe to one or both of the Add-ons at a later point will not enjoy the promotion.
You may unsubscribe for these add-ons via My M1+ App only. The discounts for both add-ons will cease upon termination of either Add-on.

Free unlimited local data will apply from Saturday 0000 to Sunday 2359. “Unlimited” data usage is restricted to reasonable personal use locally, and for non-commercial purposes only. Fair usage policy of 10GB local data applies. When daily usage exceeds 10GB, speed limit of 1Mbps will be imposed. The speed limit will be lifted at 00:00 hours the next day. For avoidance of doubt, our Traffic Management Policy available at m1.com.sg/tmp will apply.

Free 2 months Caller Number Display is valid for new customers on Bespoke SIM-Only, Bespoke Flexi and Bespoke Contract till further notice:
Promotion is valid for new customers who sign up Bespoke SIM-Only 150GB, 300GB and 350GB Plan online.
Free 2 months promotion is provisioned at the point of sign-up / port-in.

All new sign up and recontract of our Bespoke plans will now be able to enjoy 5G connectivity for FREE with our 5Go Access.
Bespoke Contract and Bespoke Flexi customers will enjoy 12 months of FREE 5G and thereafter enjoy at discounted price of $2.08. per month until further notice (U.P. $5.09)
Bespoke SIM only and Family Plan customers will enjoy 6 months of FREE 5G and thereafter enjoy at discounted price of $2.08 per month until further notice (U.P. $5.09)

Trade-in terms and conditions

Check that your eligible trade in device meets the following criteria:
- Device must be in good working condition.
- No cosmetic damage i.e no broken casing, screen, severe scratch, wear and tear or corrosion.
- No liquid damage.
- Device must be able to power on and off.
- Any applicable phone lock (password or finger print) must be disabled.
- Device must be able to be charged.
- When device is powered on, the display must be clear and fully visible.
- Device does not have any missing or non-original parts.
- Device is not registered on any applicable stolen or lost property database.
Devices with defects will not be accepted. Example of defects that may affect your participation in the trade-in program are as below:
- Device cannot be powered on
- Touch screen is not functioning
- Device has sign of corrosion
- Device has burnt/discoloured screen
- Device has missing parts
Other device accessories (including your device adaptors, USB cables etc) are not required to be handed in.
Please ensure that you :-
- Sign out from all apps and services
- Turn off automatic login features (Face ID, Touch ID, Screen/Pin ID)
- Turn off Find My iPhone, iCloud and Google accounts
- Back up and delete all data, reset to factory settings & remove SIM card/SD card, on your old working device before handing over your device to us. M1 shall not be liable for any loss in data related to the trade-in.

Exclusive SAFRA Promotions

Free 10GB Promotion is applicable to new sign-ups, re-contracting customers or change of plan to Bespoke SIM-only plans for the first 12 months. Free 10GB data promotion will not be sharable across any of the lines under Bespoke Family plan.

This promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per new sign up on Bespoke Flexi plan and not transferable.

Promotion is not transferable and is only valid on the line which the handset is purchased with.

Worldwide Roaming

The M1 Worldwide Roaming service (“Service”) will be activated on the selected Bespoke service plans, for use in the selected Worldwide Roaming country and on the applicable partner network.

Usage in excess of the data bundles will be charged at the individual country's Daily Passport rates with a data bill cap at $100 to prevent bill shock.
When a mobile service plan is subscribed to the Service and Roaming Data Bundles concurrently, only usage of the Service on partner networks will apply until the monthly data bill cap is reached. Data roaming usage on non-partner networks will be charged at prevailing postpaid roaming mobile data charges, if applicable.
Service is embedded in the selected Bespoke service plan and is not removable. No activation required and you may use data roaming when you reach the selected country under Worldwide Roaming coverage.
When Worldwide Roaming data bundle depleted, Daily Passport for the country visited will be auto-activated. Upon Service activation, $2.95 / $3.95 / $7.95 activation fee per selected Daily Passport will be charged respectively.

For the avoidance of doubt, GST does not apply on the Service activation fee and subscription fees. The Service activation fee and subscription fees will not be pro-rated in any circumstances.
Usage of the Service will require activation of voice, SMS and data roaming. Upon Service activation, you are deemed to have agreed to activate these roaming services on your mobile plan for use with the Service (as may be applicable). $90 / $180 Device Voucher Promotion

This promotion extends the $15 monthly Device Voucher benefit—typically offered to new SIM-Only sign-ups—to selected existing M1 SIM-Only customers.
As an added benefit, this monthly value is advanced into an immediate, upfront voucher based on the customer's SIM-Only plan tenure at the time of issuance: a tenure of 2 to 6 months qualifies for a voucher of up to $90 (equivalent to 6 months' advanced value), while a tenure of 7 months or more qualifies for a voucher of up to $180 (equivalent to 12 months' advanced value).
The voucher must be used to offset the purchase of a new device when re-contracting onto an eligible Bespoke Contract plan, subject to stock availability.
The voucher can be redeemed at the M1 Online Shop or physical M1 Shops.
The re-contract must be completed by the expiry date stated in the applicable M1 SMS, EDM, or App notification; otherwise, the promotion and voucher will lapse.
This offer is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible re-contracting line. The voucher is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents.
This promotion is mutually exclusive and cannot be combined with other Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) benefits or offers.
The participating M1 billing account must be in good standing (e.g., no overdue balances) at the point of redemption.
