Pre-registration is a free feature to enable seamless and hassle-free data roaming when you travel with Daily Passport.  

Upon successful subscription, you can simply travel to any destinations covered by Daily Passport and your data roaming will be auto activated. Charges (subscription & activation) will only apply when data roaming usage is detected.

How it works :

a. Log in to Roaming tab in My M1+ App

b. Click “Subscribe” for Pre-registration to Daily Passport under Add some sunshine to your roaming

c. Confirmation of subscription will be sent within 5mins

d. Simply travel to any of the 74 destinations, turn on data-roaming and Daily Passport will be auto activated when data usage is activated.

*Upon Daily Passport activation, you’ll be charged for Daily Passport, plus a flat fee of $4.95subscription charge in the month that you travel regardless of the number of destinations.

e. Upon return to Singapore, simply perform the following steps:

(i) Turn off data roaming in device setting 
(ii) Stay on manual network selection and choose SGP-M1

while in Singapore. This can prevent unintentional usage detected on foreign networks led to Daily Passport auto activation.

For the best experience, subscribe in Singapore at least one day before travel. You just need to subscribe once for unlimited seamless roaming journey forever. 

Yes, and with the active Pre-registration feature, you can enjoy seamless Daily Passport auto activation whenever you travel.

Always stay on manual network selection and choose SGP-M1 while in Singapore. This can prevent unintentional usage detected on Malaysia or Indonesia networks leading to Daily Passport auto activation.

Yes, with any of the following steps: 

a. Turn off roaming data & mobile data on your device settings

b. Turn on airplane mode on your device 

c. Turn off your device 

No, you can only unsubscribe when you do not have any active destination Daily Passport. You need to deactivate Daily Passport(s) after using to unsubscribe Pre-registration to Daily Passport.
