Watch Instalment Plan

 

  1. Watch Instalment Plan  is valid for new and existing M1 Postpaid Mobile Customers, excluding customers on Mobile Broadband and Supplementary Plans / $12 SIM-only Plan, with purchase of Apple Watch Series 5, Apple Watch Series 6 or Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 at selected M1 Shops who fulfil the below eligibility criteria.

  2. Available for purchase at selected M1 shops -
    • For Apple Watch Series 5 and Apple Watch Series 6 — Bugis, Causeway Point, IMM, One Raffles Place, Paragon, Tampines and West Mall.
    • For Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 — All M1 shops.


  3. Eligibility
    • Singaporeans or Permanent Residents; and
    • Classified as Individuals or Corporate Individuals (CORI), excluding customers holding S Pass or Work Permit; and
    • At least 18 years of age at time of application


  4. Eligible customers may only subscribe to one Watch Instalment Plan per mobile line, and may only subscribe to the maximum number of Watch Instalment Plans per NRIC in accordance with the following table:

    New Mobile Customers < 1 month 1 Watch instalment plan per NRIC
    Existing Mobile Customers 1 - 6 months 1 Watch instalment plan per mobile line, capped at 3 Watch instalment plans per NRIC
    > 6 months 1 Watch instalment plan per mobile line, capped at 6 Watch instalment plans per NRIC

  5. Eligible customers shall pay the purchase price of the Watch over 24 months in accordance with the monthly instalment amount specified in their contract.

  6. Any early termination of the Watch Instalment Plan or applicable Postpaid Mobile Plan for any reason prior to the expiry of the commitment period will result in automatic withdrawal from the Watch Instalment Plan. This includes change of bill plan to an ineligible bill plan. Customer will be billed the balance of the price of Watch in a single lump sum, such amount becoming due and payable immediately.

  7. If services under the applicable Postpaid Mobile Plan is temporarily disconnected for any reason (including without limitation losing possession of the Watch), the customer must still fulfil his payment obligations throughout the commitment period. Further, if the customer chooses to terminate the applicable Mobile Plan in such circumstances, such termination will nevertheless be considered an early termination resulting in automatic withdrawal from the Watch Instalment Plan as mentioned above.

  8. Please refer to the contract for further details of the applicable terms and conditions.

  9. M1 reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline any application for the Watch Instalment Plan.

  10. All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
