Trust Bank Promotions 2025 (“Promotion”)

Exclusive to Trust Bank Cardmembers Only

1. “M1 x Trust Bank Bespoke Flexi” (“Mobile Promotion”) is applicable for new sign-ups and port in. Customers will enjoy $29.95/mth for first 12 months; thereafter prevailing subscription of $39.95/mth will apply on Bespoke Flexi $39.95 plan. 
2. “Trust card” refers to all Trust Bank Credit or Debit Cards issued in Singapore. 
3. Promotion is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, midnight to midnight on Singapore Timing (UTC+08:00), and both days inclusive, or such earlier date once this Promotion is fully redeemed or otherwise as determined by M1 and Trust Bank (“Promotion Period”).
4. To enjoy this Promotion, customer needs to present their Trust card upon checkout at the M1 Shop or key in Promo Code: <First 6 digits of Trust Bank Card Number>TRUST (eg: 123456TRUST) online : 
   - Offer: $29.95/mth for first 12 months; thereafter $39.95/mth will apply
   - Eligibility: Applicable to any Trust card
5. Mobile Promotion will be awarded at point of sign-up or port-in. However, M1 reserves the right to deem the customer ineligible, in the event customer did not fulfil any criteria under this Promotion.  
6. Promotion is not transferable and is only valid on the new line. 
7. Promotion is limited to one redemption per new line sign-up. 
8. Promotion cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset any other promotions. 
9. All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. 
10. M1 reserves the right to refuse any customer’s eligibility for this Promotion at any time in its discretion in the event of such customer’s breach or suspected breach of any of the terms and conditions herein without prior notification or any liability to such customer whatsoever. 
11. Customers agree that their personal data may be collected and disclosed by M1 for the purpose of verification by Trust Bank of their eligibility for this Promotion. 
12. Trust Bank and M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes. 
13. Trust Bank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the items and/or services provided by the merchant. Notwithstanding anything herein, Trust Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the items and/or services provided by the M1 whether by the customer or by any other person. All disputes about quality, merchantability, or the fitness of the item and/or services should be resolved directly with M1. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension of this Promotion shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Trust Bank for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 
14. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 
15. Trust Bank’s and M1’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all customers. 
16. “Trust Bank” refers to Trust Bank Singapore Limited. 
17. “M1” refers to M1 Limited.
