Trade-In Promotion – Terms & Conditions (Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8 / Z Fold8 Series)
Customers are eligible to receive an additional S$200 cashback when all of the following conditions are met:
1. Eligible Devices
Purchase any of the following Samsung devices:
- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8
- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra
2. Eligible Transaction Types
The purchase must be paired with either:
- A new mobile line sign-up; or
- A contract renewal
3. Eligible Mobile Plans
The transaction must be on any of the following plans:
- Bespoke Flexi
- Bespoke Flexi (Business)
- Bespoke Contract
- Bespoke Contract (Business)
4. Promotion Period
This promotion is valid from 22 July 2026 to 13 August 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- Trade-In Eligibility
The additional S$200 cashback is applicable only to trade-in devices that:
- are in working condition; and
- successfully pass the trade-in assessment conducted by M1 or its appointed trade-in partner.
Devices that are non-working, excessively damaged, or otherwise deemed ineligible under the trade-in programme will not qualify for the additional cashback.
5. Cashback Fulfilment
- Customers who successfully complete the trade-in process will receive the S$200 cashback via PayNow within five (5) business days after the trade-in device has been collected and verified by M1 or its appointed trade-in partner.
6. Trade-In Submission Deadline
- Trade-in requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of handset purchase.
- Additional Conditions
- All trade-in devices are subject to final assessment and approval by M1 or its appointed trade-in partner.
- Only one (1) redemption is permitted per eligible new line sign-up or contract renewal.
- The promotion is non-transferable and applies only to the mobile contract associated with the handset purchase.

7. Reservation of Rights
M1 reserves the right to determine eligibility for this promotion and may reject any claim where there is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions.
M1 reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw this promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where reasonably practicable, M1 will provide notice through channels such as email, SMS, billing statements, website updates, or other forms of communication.
All goods and services are subject to M1’s registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any term or condition at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
