Trade-In Promotion – Terms & Conditions

Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+ & Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra

1. Promotion Details

• Customers who successfully complete a trade-in will receive $300 cashback upon purchasing a Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+ or Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra with a new line sign-up or contract renewal on any of the following plans:
  • Bespoke Flexi / Bespoke Flexi (Business)
  • Bespoke Contract / Bespoke Contract (Business)
• This promotion is valid from 20 October 2026 to 8 December 2026 (both dates inclusive).
• The $300 cashback will be paid via PayNow within five (5) business days after the trade-in device has been successfully collected and verified by M1 or its appointed trade-in partner.
• This promotion is applicable only to purchases of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S12+ and Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra.

2. Trade-In Submission Deadline

Customers must submit their trade-in request within seven (7) calendar days from the applicable date below:

• For purchases made at an M1 Shop, the date of purchase.
• For purchases made through the M1 online shop, the date indicated on the purchase receipt.

Failure to submit the trade-in request within the stipulated period may result in the customer being ineligible for the promotion.

3. Trade-In Assessment

• All trade-in devices will be inspected and assessed by M1 or its appointed trade-in partner.
• The final trade-in value, device condition and eligibility for the $300 cashback are subject to the outcome of the assessment.
• M1 or its appointed trade-in partner reserves the right to revise the trade-in value and/or reject the trade-in device or cashback eligibility if the actual condition of the device differs from the information provided by the customer.

4. Redemption and Trade-In Channels

• Only one (1) redemption is permitted per new line sign-up or contract renewal.
• This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
• Trade-in is available through the M1 online shop and at all M1 Shops.

5. General Terms and Conditions

• M1 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of customers and trade-in devices for this promotion.
• M1 reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend or withdraw this promotion or any of its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• All decisions by M1 in relation to this promotion, including eligibility and trade-in assessment, shall be final.
• All products and services are subject to M1’s registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable terms and conditions available on M1’s website.
• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and M1’s other applicable terms and conditions, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
• By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
