OPPO X9 Ultra Pre-Order Promotion Terms and Conditions

(i) The Pre-order Promotion is for the OPPO X9 Ultra (“Eligible Device”).
(ii) The Pre-orders of the Eligible Device will start from 22 April 2026, 10 AM and ends on 6 May 2026, 11:59PM (“Promotion Period”). The first collection of the Eligible Device will start 30 April 2026.
(iii) The Eligible Device is available for purchase via the following “Eligible Plans”:
· $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan) partial device payment
· 2-year Device plans (Bespoke Contract)
· Device without plan (No Plan)
(iv) Customers may place a pre-order for the Eligible Device through the following channels:
· M1 Online shop from 22 April 2026, 10 am to 6 May 2026, 11.59pm
· M1 Shops from 22 April 2026, 10 am to 6 May 2026, 11.59pm
· M1 WhatsApp Chatbot for selected Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers from 22 April 2026, 10 am to 6 May 2026, 11.59pm
There will be an upfront non-refundable prepayment of $30 when selected CIS customers pre-order their Eligible Device via the M1 WhatsApp chatbot. This amount will be offset from the customer’s total bill at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. If the customer does not complete the purchase of the Eligible Device after 6 May ’26, this prepayment amount will be forfeited.
OPPO X9 Ultra Pre-order Promotion:
The following promotion is valid when you place your pre-order during the Promotion Period:
(i) OPPO X9 Ultra Pre-Order Promotion:
· Memory upgrade : 1 TB for the price of 512GB (worth $400)
· 2 Years Screen Protection Plan (worth $229)
· Bubble House+ 6 hours visit pass (worth $59)
OPPO X9 Ultra Pre-order premiums redemption:
(i) Memory upgrade : 1 TB for the price of 512GB
Eligible customers will be entitled to a complimentary memory upgrade (i.e. 1TB for the price of 512GB), on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last.
(ii) FREE 2 years Screen Protection Plan
· All claims must be submitted through OPPO Authorized Service Centers.
· Customers are required to bring the device along with its original packaging, accessories, and service agreement (if applicable) to the service center for inspection.
(iii) Bubble House+ 6 hours visit pass
· After purchasing the phone, the customer must open the MyOppo app and either register a new account or log in to an existing account.
· The customer must bind their device by clicking the “Bind Your Oppo Device” banner.
· Once the device is successfully bound, the premium banner will be visible.
· The customer may click the premium banner to redeem the voucher.
(iv) All redemptions of the premiums will only be issued after payment is made and service is activated. The eligible customer’s M1 line must be active at the point of redemption unless otherwise stated.
(v) M1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with a delay in delivery of handset or premiums, howsoever caused.
(vi) Promotion is limited to one redemption of each type of premium per Eligible Plan.
(vii) Promotion is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilized amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
(viii) Premiums are available on a first come first served and while stocks last basis.
(ix) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Any unutilised amount for the offers/promotions will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other items/promotions. Eligibility for the promotion shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person in the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
