OPPO X9 Ultra Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions

(i) The Launch Promotion is for the OPPO X9 Ultra (“Eligible Device”).

(ii) The Launch of the Eligible Device will start from 7 May 2026, 12AM (“Promotion Period”).

(iii) The Eligible Device is available for purchase via the following “Eligible Plans”:

· $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan) partial device payment

· 2-year Device plans (Bespoke Contract)

· Device without plan (No Plan)

(iv) Customers may place an order for the Eligible Device through the following channels:

· M1 Online shop from 7 May 2026, 12 AM

· M1 Shops from 7 May 2026, 11 AM

OPPO X9 Ultra Launch premiums redemption:

 

(i) Find X9 Ultra Magnetic Gift Set

Eligible customers will be entitled to a complimentary Find X9 Ultra Magnetic Gift Set, on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Customers who purchase the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop or any M1 Shop during the Promotion Period can collect the Find X9 Ultra Magnetic Gift set from the M1 Shop at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. Customers who purchased the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop during the Promotion Period can arrange for the Eligible Device to be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the online transaction.

 

(ii) FREE 2 years Screen Protection Plan

· All claims must be submitted through OPPO Authorized Service Centers.

· Customers are required to bring the device along with its original packaging, accessories, and service agreement (if applicable) to the service center for inspection.

 

(iii) Bubble House+ 6 hours visit pass

· After purchasing the phone, the customer must open the MyOppo app and either register a new account or log in to an existing account.

· The customer must bind their device by clicking the “Bind Your Oppo Device” banner.

· Once the device is successfully bound, the premium banner will be visible.

· The customer may click the premium banner to redeem the voucher.

(iv) All redemptions of the premiums will only be issued after payment is made and service is activated. The eligible customer’s M1 line must be active at the point of redemption unless otherwise stated.

(v) M1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with a delay in delivery of handset or premiums, howsoever caused.

(vi) Promotion is limited to one redemption of each type of premium per Eligible Plan.

(vii) Promotion is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilized amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.

(viii) Premiums are available on a first come first served and while stocks last basis.

(ix) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Any unutilised amount for the offers/promotions will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other items/promotions. Eligibility for the promotion shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person in the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. (x) All goods and services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any term or condition at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
