HONOR600 Series Pre-Order Promotion Terms and Conditions

(i) The Pre-order Promotion is for the HONOR600 Series (“Eligible Device”).
(ii) The Pre-orders of the Eligible Device will start from 22 April 2026,4 PM and ends on 29 April 2026, 11:59PM (“Promotion Period”). The first collection of the Eligible Device will start 30 April 2026.
(iii) The Eligible Device is available for purchase via the following “Eligible Plans”:
· $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan) partial device payment
· 2-year Device plans (Bespoke Contract)
· Device without plan (No Plan)
(iv) Customers may place a pre-order for the Eligible Device through the following channels:
· M1 Online shop from 22 April 2026, 4pm to 29 April 2026, 11.59pm
· M1 Shops from 22 April 2026, 4pm to 29 April 2026, 11.59pm
· M1 WhatsApp Chatbot for selected Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers from 22 April 2026, 4pm to 29 April 2026, 11.59pm
There will be an upfront non-refundable prepayment of $30 when selected CIS customers and Device with no plan customers pre-order their Eligible Device via the M1 WhatsApp chatbot. This amount will be offset from the customer’s total bill at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. If the customer does not complete the purchase of the Eligible Device after 29 April ’26, this prepayment amount will be forfeited.
HONOR600 Series Pre-order Promotion:
The following promotion is valid when you place your pre-order during the Promotion Period:
(i) HONOR600 Pro Pre-Order Promotion:
· HONOR Pad X8 Series (worth up to $282)
· 1-Year Extended Warranty (worth $129)
· Screen Crack Protection (worth $129)
(ii) HONOR600 Pre-Order Promotion:
· Instax Mini Link 3 (worth $239)
· 1-Year Extended Warranty (worth $109)
· Screen Crack Protection (worth $109)
HONOR600 Series Pre-order premiums redemption:
(i) FREE HONOR Pad X8 series
Eligible customers will be entitled to a complimentary HONOR Pad X8 series, on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Customers who pre-order the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop, M1 Shop, M1 WhatsApp chatbot or purchased the Eligible Device at any M1 Shop during the Promotion Period can collect the HONOR Pad X8 series from the M1 Shop at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. Customers who purchased the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop during the Promotion Period can arrange for the Eligible Device to be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the online transaction or collect both the Eligible Device and the complimentary HONOR Pad X8 series from the M1 Shop.
(ii) FREE Instax Mini Link 3
Eligible customers will be entitled to a complimentary Instax Mini Link 3, on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Customers who pre-order the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop, M1 Shop, M1 WhatsApp chatbot or purchased the Eligible Device at any M1 Shop during the Promotion Period can collect the Instax Mini Link 3 from the M1 Shop at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. Customers who purchased the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop during the Promotion Period can arrange for the Eligible Device to be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the online transaction or collect both the Eligible Device and the complimentary Instax Mini Link 3 from the M1 Shop. Instax Mini colour is subject to availability and will be issued at random. Selection of color is not allowed.
(iii) FREE 1-year extended warranty
The extended 1-year warranty is pre-loaded to the Eligible Device and no action is required from the customer.
(iv) FREE Screen Crack Protection
The screen crack protection is pre-loaded to the Eligible Device and no action is required from the customer.
(v) All redemptions of the premiums will only be issued after payment is made and service is activated. The eligible customer’s M1 line must be active at the point of redemption unless otherwise stated.
(vi) M1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with a delay in delivery of handset or premiums, howsoever caused.
(vii) Promotion is limited to one redemption of each type of premium per Eligible Plan.
(viii) Promotion is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilized amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
(ix) Premiums are available on a first come first served and while stocks last basis.
(x) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Any unutilised amount for the offers/promotions will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other items/promotions. Eligibility for the promotion shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person in the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. (xi) All goods and services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any term or condition at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
