The prevailing Bespoke Flexi and Bespoke Contract plan will be available;
Bespoke Flexi is a contract-free, made-to-measure plan. It allows you to choose your upfront payment, payment period as well as data and talktime.
Bespoke Contract is a 2-year contract mobile plan that comes with data, talktime and SMS.

Q: I am on Bespoke Flexi Plan, can I pre-order for the iPhone 15 Series?
Yes! You may pre-order, however, do note that you will need to pay for the full upfront price if the payment for your current device has not been completed.
Q: I have not fulfilled the term for my device that comes with Bespoke Flexi plan. Can I re-contract to Bespoke Contract after I have settled the balance for my current device?
No, you may only re-contract to Bespoke Contract after you have fulfilled the original term (e.g., 12/18/24/36 months) of your Bespoke Flexi plan.
Q: When will I receive the new device that I pre-order?
Your iPhone 15/15 Pro/15 Pro Max will be delivered from 22 September 2023 based on the delivery/Pick up timeslot selected at checkout.
Q: I have completed my pre-order but did not receive a confirmation email.
Your order may take up to 30 minutes to process before you receive the confirmation email or have it reflected in the order history on our M1 Website. You may wish to check your junk/spam mailbox.
Q: What are the payment modes accepted for pre-order?
AMEX, Visa and Mastercards are accepted.
Q: I have already received my order confirmation but wish to make changes to my order, how can I do so?
We regret to inform that all successful order placed during pre-order are considered final, and you are not allowed to make any amendments thereafter.
Q: What happens if I am not home during the delivery? Can I appoint a proxy to receive scheduled delivery?
For new customer, customer who purchasing the products must be personally present upon delivery or for collection of the products to do a physical verification with physical required documents. Therefore, we highly encourage you to opt for a delivery time slot of your convenience. Only re-contract customers may authorize a proxy to receive scheduled delivery or collect on their behalf. Customer will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number, and OTP may be passed to appointed proxy to receive on behalf. Once OTP matches on the delivery courier’s device, parcel shall be released accordingly.
Q: I have made a pre-order purchase and picked delivery as the mode of fulfilment. However, when I did the second pre-order purchase, I cannot locate delivery. Can you help me to amend to the mode of delivery?
