How do I prevent unauthorised international calling access?
To avoid unauthorised international calling access, customers can manually activate the call barring feature on their phone. Alternatively, call 1627 for further assistance.

I'm an M1 customer. How will I be billed for Saver IDD 033 calls?
Saver IDD 033 charges will be reflected in customer's Postpaid/Fixed line bill on monthly basis.
