Q3: Which are the Bespoke plans available during pre-order?
The prevailing Bespoke Flexi and Bespoke Contract plans will be available;

Bespoke Flexi is a contract-free, made-to-measure plan. It allows you to choose your upfront payment, payment period as well as data and talktime.
Bespoke Contract is a 2-year contract mobile plan that comes with data, talktime and SMS.

Q4: What is the pre-order premium I’m entitled to?
You will receive a $250 Samsung e-voucher for purchase of any Galaxy Z Flip4 5G models or a $300 Samsung e-voucher for purchase of any Galaxy Z Fold4 5G models. Note that premium will come in the form of redemption card.


The premium redemption card will be sent to the email address that you have used to pre-order within 7 working days upon successful delivery of your handset.

Q5: I am on Bespoke SIM-Only plans, how can I pre-order for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 | Flip4 5G?

Q6: I am on Bespoke Flexi plan. Can I pre-order for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 | Flip4 5G?
Yes! You may pre-order, however, do note that you will need to pay for the full upfront price if the payment for your current device has not been completed.

Q7: I have not fulfilled the term for my device that comes with Bespoke Flexi plan. Can I re-contract to Bespoke Contract after I have settled the balance for my current device?
No, you may only re-contract to Bespoke Contract after you have fulfilled the original term (e.g., 12/18/24/36 months) of your Bespoke Flexi plan.

Q8: Why is there no option for “Collection at M1 Shop” for my [Bespoke Flexi / Bespoke Contract] plan?
Unfortunately, the collection at M1 Shop option is not available for Bespoke plans yet.

Q9: I selected delivery as I could not locate “Collection at M1 Shop” at checkout. Am I able to amend it to do collection at M1 Shop?
We regret to inform that the collection at M1 Shop option is not available for Bespoke plans yet. All successful order placed during pre-order are considered final, and you are not allowed to make any amendments thereafter.

Q10: When will I receive the new device that I pre-order?
Your new device will be delivered from 26 August 2022 based on the delivery timeslot selected at checkout.

Q11: I want to trade in my old handset but do not see this option in the pre-order flow. Why is it so?
Trade-in is not available online during pre-order for Bespoke Flexi / Bespoke Contract plans. However, you can walk in to the M1 shop at Bugis Junction within 7 days from the day they receive their order to trade-in.

Please show your delivery invoice and look for our friendly M1 staff at M1 Shop Bugis Junction: (Daily Operating Hours for this trade-in: 12pm – 4pm and 5pm – 9pm).

A receipt of your trade-in value will be provided once your trade-in phone is evaluated. Your trade-in reimbursement will be credited to you via Paynow/Bank transfer within 2 working days upon confirmation.

Note: Original M1 subscriber need to be present to perform the trade-in.
