Samsung Galaxy Z Series Pre-Order Promotion Terms & Conditions:
Samsung Galaxy Z Series devices are available for pre-order on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. The following terms and conditions govern these Pre-Order Promotion (“Promotion”). For M1’s general mobile terms and conditions, please visit www.m1.com.sg/terms-and-conditions
(i) The following devices are eligible for the Promotion ("Eligible Devices"):
(a) Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra
(b) Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8
(c) Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8
(ii) Pre-order for the Eligible Devices begins on 22 July 2026 at 9:00 PM and ends on 13 August 2026 at 11:59 PM ("Promotion Period"). Delivery and collection of the Eligible Devices will commence from 4 August 2026.
(iii) The Eligible Devices are available for purchase via $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan), 2-year device plans with partial upfront payment (Bespoke Contract), and device without plans (“Eligible Plans”).
(iv) Customers may place a pre-order for the Eligible Devices through the following channels:
• M1 Whatsapp Chatbot: from 22 July 2026, 9pm to 3 August 2026, 11:59pm
• Any M1 Shop: from 4 August 2026, 11am to 13 August 2026, 9:00pm
• M1 Online shop at https://www.m1.com.sg/samsung: from 27 July 2026, 12am
Customers who place a pre-order via the M1 WhatsApp Chatbot are required to make a non-refundable prepayment of S$30. This prepayment will be offset against the purchase price of the Eligible Device or Eligible Plan upon successful purchase. If the customer does not complete the purchase during the Promotion Period, the prepayment will be forfeited.

The following promotion is valid when you place your pre-order during the Promotion Period:

The FREE Gift Pack is only applicable for new or port-in customers that sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
Promotion, Gift Pack & Redemption Terms and Conditions
(i) Eligible customers for the above Gift Pack will receive a redemption code through email and SMS within two (2) months from the date of sign up of the Eligible Plans to redeem the Gift Pack via the redemption page. Redemption must be made by the deadline stated in the redemption email. Unredeemed items will be deemed forfeited.
(ii) All redemptions of the Gift Pack will only be issued after payment is made and after the Eligible Plan is activated.
(iii) Each Eligible Plan is entitled to a maximum of one Gift Pack, comprising one unit of each item listed above.
(iv) The Promotion and the Gift Pack are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items. The Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilised amount for the offers / Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other purchases, items or promotions.
(v) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the items in the Gift Pack with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion or the Gift Pack at any time. Eligibility for the Promotion or Gift Pack shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person at any time, at its sole discretion.
(vi) To the fullest extent permitted by law, M1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with a delay in delivery of an Eligible Device or Gift Pack.
(vii) All goods and services are subject to M1’s registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any term or condition at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes
