Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Registration of Interest campaign (“Campaign”), all persons participating are deemed to have: (a) agreed to these Terms and Conditions; (b) consented to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by M1 Limited (“M1”) for the purposes of administering the Campaign; and (c) consented to the M1 Data Protection Policy available at www.m1.com.sg/data-protection.

Eligibility

1. The qualifying period of the Campaign will commence in September 2025 (“Qualifying Period”).

2. The Campaign is open to new, port-in or existing M1 customers residing in Singapore who:

a. register their interest during the Campaign; and

b. sign-up or re-contracton aM1 Bespoke Flexi/Contract plan with the purchase of an eligible deviceduring the Qualifying Period.

3. To be eligible for the lucky draw, participants must provide a valid email address (M1 ID) as follows:

· Existing M1 customersmust enter the email address (M1 ID) registered with their current M1 account.

· New or non-M1 customersmust use the same email address they intend to use for their upcoming eligible phone order with M1.

4. Unless otherwise determined by M1 in its sole discretion, the following customers will not be eligible for the Campaign:

a. M1 customers or subscribers whose M1 account(s) are suspended or permanently disconnected during the Campaign Qualifying Period and/ or at the time of claiming of the prize; or

b. M1 customers or subscribers whose M1 account(s) are in arrears during the Qualifying Period and/or at the time of the Campaign or at the time of claiming of the prize.

5. Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents' consent before participating in the Campaign, and by their participating in the Campaign, such persons confirm to M1 that such consent has been obtained.

6. Eligibility for the Campaign shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion. M1 reserves the right to not allow and/or to disqualify participation by any person, at its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.

Campaign Mechanics

7. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each eligible customer participating in the Campaign will stand a chance to win one of the following 17 prizes:

a. 1 unit of Apple iPad Air <5th generation> (each worth $1,120)

b. 5 units of Apple HomePod (each worth $432.95)

c. 11 units of Apple AirPods 4 (each worth $199)

8. M1 makes no warranty or representation with respect to any of the prizes. M1 makes no warranty with respect to the quality, value, condition or fitness for purpose of the prizes and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchant or any non-performance or defects, damage or loss arising from use of the prizes.

9. The winners will be announced on M1 website by 30th November 2025. By participating in the Campaign, each participant consents to and authorises M1 to collect, use and publish their names and particulars, including NRIC or passport numbers, pictures and such other information to any party for the purposes of organising, promoting, advertising, publicising or conducting the Campaign.

10. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. M1 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to replace any prizes at any point without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

11. Each eligible participant stands a chance to win a maximum of one (1) prize.

Notification of Winners and Claim of Prizes

12. Winners will be notified via email or phone by 30th November 2025 (or such other date as may be determined by M1), and must provide their personal details (i.e., desired delivery address) to M1 before 15th December 2025 (or such other date as may be determined by M1) so M1 can arrange to deliver the prizes to the respective winners. For the avoidance of doubt, each Winner’s eligibility to claim the prizes is subject to his/her applicable M1 post-paid mobile line having been activated and remaining active.

13. M1 will reach out directly to eligible winners to obtain their delivery address to arrange for delivery via a courier service selected by M1. Eligible winners must provide a valid delivery address to receive the prize and agree to disclose their delivery address to M1 and the selected courier service for this purpose.

14. If a winner fails to provide the necessary details for the delivery of the prize to be arranged, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize and the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the same. M1 reserves the right to redistribute any unclaimed prizes to other participants or donate any unclaimed prizes to the Community Chest or any other approved charitable organisation or use the prize for other campaign, as solely determined by M1.

15. M1’s decisions on the winners and on all matters relating to the Campaign are final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.

General

16. M1 reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign for any reason without any liability whatsoever.

17. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees that M1 shall not be liable to any participant or any person in respect of any losses, claims or damage of any kind arising from participating in the Campaign, or under any circumstances whatsoever, howsoever arising. If M1 is deemed liable to such participant or other person by a court of law, M1’s liability to such a participant or person shall be limited to the award of the prize or a substitute of similar value.

18. To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to indemnify M1 from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising in connection with his participation in the Campaign.

19. Without prejudice and in addition to any other rights and/or remedies of M1, M1 reserves the right to terminate any person’s participation in the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion in the event of that person’s acts, omissions, default, breach, or suspected breach of any of the applicable terms and conditions, or for other lawful reasons, without prior notification or any liability whatsoever.

20. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. M1 reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with an item of similar value at its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice or reason.

21. By participating in the Campaign, each participant permits, consents and authorises M1 to collect, use and publish their names, pictures, photographs or likeness in its marketing, publicity or promotional materials at its sole discretion without notice to the participant or winner and agree to co-operate with M1 to appear in any form of marketing, publicity or promotional activities.

22. M1 reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give advance notice (via e-mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes. Continued participation in this Campaign shall constitute acceptance of such amendment(s).

23. M1’s General Terms and Conditions available at m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable or illegal, such illegal or unenforceable part shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions.

This Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
