HONOR Magic8 Pro Pre-Order Promotion Terms and Conditions

(i) The Pre-order Promotion is for the HONOR Magic8 Pro (“Eligible Device”).
(ii) The Pre-orders of the Eligible Device will start from 28 November 2025,1PM and ends on 5 December2025, 11:59PM (“Promotion Period”). The first collection of the Eligible Device will start 6 December 2025.
(iii) The Eligible Device is available for purchase via the following “Eligible Plans”:
· $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan) partial device payment
· 2-year Device plans (Bespoke Contract)
· Device without plan (No Plan)
(iv) Customers may place a pre-order for the Eligible Device through the following channels:
· M1 Online shop at from 28 November 2025, 1pm to 5 December 2025, 11.59pm
· M1 shop from 28 November 2025, 11am to 5 December 2025 ,9pm
· M1 Whatsapp Chatbot for selected Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers from 28 November 2025, 1pm to 5 December 2025, 11.59pm
· M1 Whatsapp Chatbot for Device with no plan from 28 November 2025, 1pm to 5 December 2025, 11.59pm
There will be an upfront non-refundable prepayment of S$30 when selected CIS customers and Device with no plan customers pre-order their Eligible Device via the M1 Whatsapp chatbot. This amount will be offset from the customer’s total bill at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. If the customer does not complete the purchase of the Eligible Device during the Promotion Period, this prepayment amount will be forfeited.

The following promotion is valid when you place your pre-order during the Promotion Period:

(ii) HONOR Magic8 Pro Promotion for New and Port-in customers on top of the above offers:

The FREE LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch are only applicable for new or port-in customers that sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period.
HONOR Magic8 Pro Pre-order premiums redemption:
(i) FREE LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch
New or port-in customers who sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period will be entitled to both the LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Eligible customers for both the LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch will receive a redemption code through email and SMS 4 weeks after the date of sign up of the Eligible Plans to redeem the premium via the provided redemption page. Each redemption for both the LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch must be made by the redemption period stated in the redemption email or it will be deemed forfeited.
(ii) FREE Sony Headphones WH-1000XM5
Eligible customers will be entitled to a complimentary Sony Headphones WH-1000XM5, on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Customers who pre-order the Eligible Device via M1 Whatsapp chatbot or purchased the Eligible Device at any M1 Shop during the Promotion Period can collect the Sony Headphones WH-1000XM5 from the M1 Shop at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. Customers who purchased the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop during the Promotion Period can arrange for the Eligible Device to be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the online transaction or collect both the Eligible Device and the complimentary Sony Headphones WH-1000XM5 from the M1 Shop.
(iii) FREE 1-year extended warranty
The extended 1-year warranty is pre-loaded to the Eligible Device and no action is required from the customer.
(iv) FREE 3-month Google AI Pro
The FREE 3-month Google AI Pro can be redeemed from the Gemini app preloaded on the Eligible Device.
(v) All redemptions of the premiums will only be issued after payment is made and service is activated. The eligible customer’s M1 line must be active at the point of redemption unless otherwise stated.
(vi) M1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with a delay in delivery of handset or premiums, howsoever caused.
(vii) Promotion is limited to one redemption of each type of premium per Eligible Plan.
(viii) Promotion is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilized amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
(ix) Premiums are available on a first come first served and while stocks last basis.
(x) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Any unutilised amount for the offers/promotions will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other items/promotions. Eligibility for the promotion shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person in the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
