HONOR Magic8 Pro Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions
By participating in this HONOR Magic8 Pro launch promotion, all persons participating are deemed to have: (a) agreed to these Terms and Conditions; (b) consented to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by M1 Limited (“M1”) for the purposes of administering the promotion; and (c) consented to the M1 Data Protection Policy available at www.m1.com.sg/data-protection.

(i) The Launch Promotion is for the HONOR Magic8 Pro (“Eligible Device”).
(ii) The Launch of the Eligible Device will start from 6 December 2025.
(iii) The Eligible Device is available for purchase via the following “Eligible Plans”:
· $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan) partial device payment
· 2-year Device plans (Bespoke Contract)
· Device without plan (No Plan)
(iv) Customers may place a pre-order for the Eligible Device through the following channels:
· Via M1 Online shop
· At M1 shops

The following promotion is valid when you purchase the Eligible Device during the Promotion Period:
(i) HONOR Magic8 Pro Pre-Order Promotion:
· HONOR Earbuds clip (worth $149)
· 1 Year Extended Warranty (worth $129)
· 3-mth Google AI Pro (worth $87)
· Up to $100 OFF for Citi M1 Credit Cardmembers
· $100 OFF for SAFRA members for selected Consumer Eligible Plans. CIS plans are not eligible for this SAFRA discount.
(ii) HONOR Magic8 Pro Promotion for New and Port-in customers on top of the above offers:

The FREE LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch are only applicable for new or port-in customers that sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period.
HONOR Magic8 Pro Launch premiums redemption:
(i) FREE LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch
New or port-in customers who sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period will be entitled to both the LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Eligible customers for both the LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch will receive a redemption code through email and SMS 4 weeks after the date of sign up of the Eligible Plans to redeem the premium via the provided redemption page. Each redemption for both the LEVON AIVIS AI Glasses and Proove Moment SmartWatch must be made by the redemption period stated in the redemption email or it will be deemed forfeited.
(ii) FREE HONOR Earbuds clip
Eligible customers will be entitled to a complimentary HONOR Earbuds clip, on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Customers who purchase the Eligible Device from M1 during the Promotion Period can collect the FREE HONOR Earbuds clip from the M1 Shop at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. Customers who purchased the Eligible Device via M1 Online Shop during the Promotion Period can arrange for the Eligible Device to be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the online transaction.
(iii) FREE 1-year extended warranty
The extended 1-year warranty is pre-loaded to the Eligible Device.
(iv) FREE 3-month Google AI Pro
The FREE 3-month Google AI Pro can be redeemed from the Gemini app preloaded on the Eligible Device.
(v) All redemptions of the premiums will only be issued after payment is made and service is activated. The eligible customer’s M1 line must be active at the point of redemption unless otherwise stated.
(vi) To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees that M1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to delays in delivery of handset or premiums, howsoever caused. If M1 is deemed liable to such participant or other person by a court of law, M1’s liability to such a participant or person shall be limited to the value of the Eligible Device.
(vii) Promotion is limited to one redemption of each type of premium per Eligible Plan.
(viii) Promotion is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilized amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
(ix) Premiums are available on a first come first served and while stocks last basis.
(x) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without any liability whatsoever. Any unutilised amount, unclaimed premium, or incomplete redemption for the offers/promotions shall be automatically forfeited without compensation and cannot be used to offset other items/promotions. Eligibility for the promotion shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person in the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. (xi) Without prejudice and in addition to any other rights and/or remedies of M1, M1 reserves the right to terminate any person’s participation at any time at its sole discretion in the event of a person’s acts, omissions, default, breach or suspected breach of any of the applicable terms and conditions, or for other lawful reasons, without prior notification or any liability whatsoever.
(xii) M1’s General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any term or condition at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
(xiii) This promotion and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
