Flash Deal Terms & Conditions

All charges are inclusive of 9% GST and will be adjusted according to the prevailing GST rates.

$3 OFF BILL SUBSCRIPTION FOR 6 MONTHS

  • $3 off SIM-only bill subscription for 6 months is only valid for targeted customers who signed up for SIM-only plan during the flash deal period.
  • $3 off SIM-only bill subscription will be automatically removed upon modification of bill plan, termination of bill plan, change of bill plan or re-contract to an ineligible bill plan.
  • The targeted mobile lines need to be active to enjoy the promotion.
  • Eligible customers will receive an SMS within 30 working days after successful opt in.
  • Promotion is strictly not transferable.
  • Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and other items and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
  • All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills, or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.

 

$100 HANDSET VOUCHER FOR SIMO CUSTOMER​

  • The $100 Handset Voucher for SIMO Customer is only valid for selected customers. Customers must enter the promo code during checkout at the time of re-contract in order to enjoy the discount.
  • The $100 Handset Voucher for SIMO Customer promo code are only valid until 31 December 2024.
  • The $100 Handset Voucher for SIMO Customer is only valid for SIMO & Family Plan customers who re-contracts on any devices with any Bespoke Contract plan. 
  • The $100 Handset Voucher is not applicable for CORI & Corporate customers. 
  • Under this Promotion, eligible re-contracting customers will enjoy $100 off any handset that is purchased with the customer’s selected M1 Bespoke Contract plan.
  • All handset models are subject to availability of stocks.
  • For any trade-in services, do head down to any of our M1 shop/via online.​
  • This promotion (including eligibility for this promotion) is not transferable.
  • The voucher given under this promotion is only valid for use with the handset that is purchased with the eligible re-contracting line and must be redeemed and utilized at the point of re-contract (otherwise the loyalty voucher shall lapse).​
  • This promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible re-contracting line.​
  • All vouchers are only applicable for renewal with Bespoke Contract plan.
