M1 is exclusive telco partner of authorised Apple reseller, Switch

Singapore, 7 October 2024 – M1 is partnering authorised Apple Reseller, Switch as its exclusive Mobile Network Operator partner in Singapore.

To kick-start the new partnership, Switch will extend M1’s unique offer that allows customers to enjoy “iPhone 16, Now at $0” when they swap any iPhone for a brand-new iPhone 16 128GB, iPhone 16 Plus 128GB, iPhone 16 Pro 256GB or iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB at zero upfront cost for the device, on an unlimited M1 data plan starting from only $64.95.  M1’s suite of Bespoke mobile plans will also be available when customers purchase the new iPhone at Switch’s stores.  

This is the first time Switch is offering mobile plans to customers in its stores in Singapore.  This partnership will be offered first at the Switch stores at Clementi Mall, Lot One and West Mall.  There are plans to extend it to the remaining three Switch stores in Singapore in future.

Switch began its journey from a single store in Penang, Malaysia, in 1995. Today, Switch is the largest Apple Premium Reseller in Malaysia, with over 100 outlets across the country. Entering the Singapore market in 2022, Switch now operates six stores in the city state. The six locations are: Bukit Panjang Plaza, Clementi Mall, Lot One, Novena Square, Suntec City Mall and West Mall.

M1 presently operates seven shops in Singapore: at Bugis Junction, Causeway Point, Compass One, IMM Building, Jurong Point, NEX and Tampines Mall. As part of its multi-year digital transformation, M1 has rolled out highly personalised services and completed the migration of all its mass consumer customers to its new cloud native digital platform, offering increased customer automation.
