  1. What is Watch Instalment Plan?
    Watch Instalment Plan is an instalment plan for Apple Watch Series 5, Apple Watch Series 6 and Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2. You may purchase Apple Watch Series 5, Apple Watch Series 6 or Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 over 24 monthly instalments.

  2. Am I eligible for the Watch Instalment Plan?
    Watch Instalment Plan is valid for new and existing M1 Postpaid Mobile customers, excluding customers on Mobile Broadband and Supplementary Plans / $12 SIM-only Plan if you fulfil below criteria:
    • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents classified under Individuals and Corporate Individuals (CORI), excluding customers holding S Pass and Work Permit
    • Be at least 18 years of age at time of application


  3. How many Watch Instalment Plans am I eligible for?
    You may subscribe to one Watch Instalment Plan per eligible Postpaid Mobile line, up to a maximum of 6 Watch Instalment Plans per NRIC, subject to your tenure with M1:
    Customer Tenure No. of Lines
    New Mobile Customers < 1 month 1 Watch instalment plan per NRIC
    Existing Mobile Customers 1 - 6 months 1 Watch instalment plan per mobile line, capped at 3 Watch instalment plans per NRIC
    > 6 months 1 Watch instalment plan per mobile line, capped at 6 Watch instalment plans per NRIC

  4. Where can I apply for the Watch Instalment Plan?
    The Watch Instalment Plan is available at the following M1 Shops -
    • For Apple Watch Series 5 - Bugis, Causeway Point, IMM, One Raffles Place, Paragon, Tampines and West Mall.
    • For Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 – All M1 shops.


  5. How do I make payment for my monthly instalment?
    Your monthly instalment will be made through your M1 bill.

  6. Can I transfer the Watch Instalment Plan to my friend/family member?
    No, Watch Instalment Plan is non-transferrable.

  7. I would like to terminate / proceed with early settlement of the Watch Instalment Plan. What is the remaining amount I have to pay?
    For termination / early settlement, you will have to make payment for the remaining balance of the contract, based on the number of months remaining in contract.

  8. Can I make an early settlement for my Watch Instalment Plan?
    Yes, you may make an early settlement for your Watch Instalment Plan at all M1 Shops. You will have to make payment for the remaining balance of the contract, based on the number of months remaining in contract.

  9. Can I make an early settlement for my current Watch Instalment Plan and take up a new Watch Instalment Plan?
    Yes, you will have to make payment for the remaining balance of the contract, based on the number of months remaining in contract before taking up another Watch Instalment Plan.

  10. During early settlement, can I use M1 shop vouchers or mall vouchers to pay?
    No, only Cash, Credit Card and NETS are accepted.

  11. Can I change bill plan or recontract my mobile line if I have an existing Watch Instalment Plan?
    Yes, your Watch Instalment Plan does not affect your Postpaid Mobile line. However, if you change your bill plan to an ineligible bill plan, your Watch Instalment Plan will be terminated, and you will be billed the balance of the price of the Watch in a single lump sum – such amount being due and payable immediately.

  12. Do I need to pay for my monthly instalment when my service line is suspended?
    Yes, your monthly instalment amount will continue to be billed to you.

  13. Can I perform temporary suspend my line (T1) if I have a Watch Instalment Plan?
    You will have to make early settlement for the remaining balance of the contract, based on the number of months remaining in contract before line can be suspended (T1).

  14. Will I earn SunPerks points on the instalment amount?
    No.
