There is no additional activation fee for this service. If you have an eligible data bundle and have already activated data roaming, data roaming usage will automatically be deducted from the balance when you are on our Preferred Networks.

Prepaid data roaming is activated for all new SIM registered and activated from 08 Oct 2024 onwards. In the event you are unable to use while overseas, you may also activate data roaming via M1 Prepaid app, mcardaccount.m1.com.sg or dial #100*6*3*1*3*1# before selecting our Preferred Networks

a. Ensure that you have a valid data bundle, with sufficient data allowances for use.

b. Ensure that you have manually selected our Preferred Network when you are at the respective country.

c. Turn off your mobile data/international roaming data settings if you would like to use non-data roaming services (e.g. Calls/SMS) on all other networks.

Yes, you will be able to top-up and buy Data Packs via the M1 Prepaid App. Alternatively, you can dial #100# to subscribe to a Data Pack if you do not have internet access.

Once you have arrived in Singapore, visit the following pick up points with your ID documents and redemption code from Purchase Confirmation email for registration.

Upon successful registration, you will receive your eSIM QR code / physical SIM and mobile number.

• For physical SIM users, you will be able to use your SIM immediately upon registration.
• For eSIM users, before setting up, please ensure that your device supports eSIM and you have data connectivity (e.g. Wi-Fi):
• Go to Settings
• Select Add Cellular Plan / Add Mobile Plan / Add Data Plan
• Scan the QR code provided to you when prompted
