Samsung S26 Series Pre-Order Promotion Terms and Conditions
By participating in this Samsung S26 Series pre-order promotion, all persons participating are deemed to have: (a) agreed to these Terms and Conditions; (b) consented to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by M1 Limited (“M1”) for the purposes of administering the promotion; and (c) consented to the M1 Data Protection Policy available at www.m1.com.sg/data-protection.

(i) The Pre-order Promotion is for Samsung S26 Series (“Eligible Device”).
(ii) The Pre-orders of the Eligible Device will start from 26 February 2026, 9AM and end on 10 March 2026, 11:59PM (“Promotion Period”). Collection of Eligible Devices will start from 4 March 2026.
(iii) The Eligible Device is available for purchase via the following “Eligible Plans”:
• $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan) partial device payment
• 2-year Device plans (Bespoke Contract)
• Device without plan (No Plan)
(iv) Customers may place a pre-order for the Eligible Device through the following channels:
• Via M1 Online shop at from 26 February 2026, 9am to 10 March 2026, 11.59pm
• At M1 shops from 4 March 2026, 11am to 10 March, 9pm
• M1 Whatsapp Chatbot for selected Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) customers from 26 February 2026, 12am to 3 March 2026, 11.59pm
• M1 Whatsapp Chatbot for Device with no plan from 26 February 2026, 9am to 10 March 2026, 11.59pm
There will be an upfront non-refundable prepayment of S$30 when selected CIS customers pre-order their Eligible Device via the M1 Whatsapp chatbot. This amount will be offset from the customer’s total bill at the point of purchase of Eligible Device or sign-up of Eligible Plans. If the customer does not complete the purchase of the Eligible Device during the Promotion Period, this prepayment amount will be forfeited.

The following promotion is valid when you place your pre-order during the Promotion Period:

(ii) Samsung S26 Series Promotion for New and Port-in customers on top of the above offers:
• M1 Exclusive Accessories Gift Pack (worth $450)
• $100 OFF for all new lines and port-in customers
• $360 OFF monthly plan
The FREE M1 Exclusive Accessories Gift Pack is only applicable for new or port-in customers that sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period.
Samsung S26 Series Pre-order premiums redemption:
(i) FREE M1 Exclusive Accessories Gift Pack
New or port-in customers who sign up for Eligible Plans during the Promotion Period will be entitled to M1 Exclusive Accessories Gift Pack on a first come first serve basis and while stocks last. Eligible customers for M1 Exclusive Accessories Gift Pack will receive a redemption code through email and SMS 4 weeks after the date of sign up of the Eligible Plans to redeem the premium via the provided redemption page. Each redemption for M1 Exclusive Accessories Gift Pack must be made by the redemption period stated in the redemption email or it will be deemed forfeited.
(ii) All redemptions of the premiums will only be issued after payment is made and service is activated. The eligible customer’s M1 line must be active at the point of redemption unless otherwise stated.
(iii) To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees that M1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to delays in delivery of handset or premiums, howsoever caused. If M1 is deemed liable to such participant or other person by a court of law, M1’s liability to such a participant or person shall be limited to the value of the Eligible Device.
(iv) Promotion is limited to one redemption of each type of premium per Eligible Plan.
(v) Promotion is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilized amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
(vi) Premiums are available on a first come first served and while stocks last basis.
(vii) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice or reason. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without any liability whatsoever. Any unutilised amount, unclaimed premium, or incomplete redemption for the offers/promotions shall be automatically forfeited without compensation and cannot be used to offset other items/promotions. Eligibility for the promotion shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person in the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. (viii) Without prejudice and in addition to any other rights and/or remedies of M1, M1 reserves the right to terminate any person’s participation at any time at its sole discretion in the event of a person’s acts, omissions, default, breach or suspected breach of any of the applicable terms and conditions, or for other lawful reasons, without prior notification or any liability whatsoever.
(ix) M1’s General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any term or condition at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
(x) This promotion and any disputes arising therefrom shall be governed by Singapore law and each participant agrees to submit any claim, dispute or controversy to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore
