1. Eligibility
The Best Price campaign is applicable only to handset models price without any telco or carrier plans. The phone from eligible retailers has to be identical in model, technical specification including storage capacity and colour to the one listed at a lower price. M1 will match any lower prices from eligible retailers on condition if customer provides the proof as per below, to M1’s satisfaction.
This promotion applies only at the point of sale. No price adjustments, refunds, or reimbursements will be provided after the transaction has been completed
2. Promotional Period
The campaign is valid from 10 December to 28 December 2025.
3. Product Criteria
The campaign applies to products that are identical in brand, model, storage capacity, and colour.

5. Price Matching Criteria
The competing price must be the regular retail price (RRP) listed on the official websites of the following retailers:

Price match is subject to product availability at M1 at the time of purchase. If the product is out of stock at M1, the price match will not apply.
6. Proof of Lower Price
Customers must present a valid URL and screen shot (with date and time) showing the lower price from the eligible retailers’ official websites at the time of purchase, to M1’s satisfaction.
M1 is not able to accept printed materials or unverifiable sources as valid proof. M1 has discretion to determine if such proof is sufficient.
7. Exclusions
The campaign does not apply to:
- Prices listed on third-party or other retailers’ online marketplace platforms (e.g. general listings on Lazada, Shopee, Carousell, TikTok etc.), unless listed under paragraph 5 above
- Second-hand or refurbished devices
- Out-of-stock items at competing retailers
- Clearance items, auction listings, or limited-set models
- Promotional prices from campaigns (e.g., New Year Sale, Chinese New Year, Back to School, Double Dates Sale, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas Sale, Adhoc Flash Deal, National Day Sale, Great Singapore Sale, Payday Sale, Year End Sale or any major campaign), tradeshows, roadshows, warehouse sales, or special events (e.g. store openings, anniversaries)
- Offers involving platform vouchers (brands, category), bank & payment partners promotions, membership club vouchers, affiliates vouchers, platform cashback, online marketplace platform vouchers, coupons, bundle promotion, gift cards, or “Gift With Purchase” promotions
- Prices available only through loyalty, membership, or exclusive access programs
- Trade-in related discounts or promotions
8. Final Decision
M1 reserves the right to verify the lower price and to decline the Best Price claim if the criteria above are not met.
M1 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this offer and its terms at any time without prior notice.
All decisions made regarding the best price are final and binding.
