M1 Upgrade Fibre Broadband plans are open to eligible M1 Fibre Broadband customers. To perform a change in plan, each eligible customer must select an eligible Upgrade plan via M1+ app. If the customer opts to upgrade/change the customer’s existing Fibre plan under the Upgrade Plan feature, the new subscription rate of the selected plan will commence on the day following the date of the successful change request submission. Upon any change in plan, all existing discounts (if any) will be permanently removed. For the avoidance of doubt, other than for discounts (if any) which will be permanently removed, upon a change in plan, all applicable terms and conditions under the customer’s original bill plan (including the minimum commitment period) and all other existing terms and conditions applicable to the customer shall remain in full force and effect and continue to apply. Eligible customer can make changes to their plan once every 3 months, provided that upon a change in plan, the customer may only make the next change in plan after a period of 3 months from the date of the customer’s last change in plan request. All change in plan requests are non-cancellable once confirmed. Customer can only perform a change in plan to an upgrade plan tier higher than their original plan tier. For clarity, under the change in plan feature, subject to the 3-monthly eligibility period, customers may opt to change back to their original plan tier, but customer should note that in such event, the non-discounted monthly subscription rates for such plan tier will apply (without any promotional discounts (if any) earlier enjoyed). For any plan change request, no new devices will be provided with M1 Upgrade Fibre Broadband plans.
M1 may make changes to or revise these terms and conditions from time to time. All revisions will be published on www.m1.com.sg and you are deemed to have accepted these terms as revised by your continued use of the Service. Please check back periodically to ensure that you are aware of any such revisions.
All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any terms or conditions.
