  1. What is a Plan with Device?
    Plan with Device lets you buy a subsidised device with a 24-month contract.

  2. What are Plan Add-ons?
    You can add them to Plan with Device to increase your data, talktime and SMS bundle. Your choice of Plan Add-ons also determines the purchase price of your subsidised device.

  3. Am I eligible to subscribe to Plan with Device?
    New customers and existing Postpaid customers without handset contract / tariff rebate contract may subscribe to Plan with Device. Customers who have completed at least 11 months but less than 20 months of their contract may early re-contract on Plan with Device with an additional early re-contract fee. Prevailing term and conditions apply.

  4. If I am an existing customer on a handset contract (e.g. Reg or mySIMe70), can I change my bill plan to Plan with Device?
    You will be able to change your bill plan to Plan with Device + $48 Plan Add-on (or one of higher value).

    Otherwise, you may re-contract on Plan with Device upon completing 11 months of your existing handset contract. Early re-contract fee applies where applicable.

  5. Is Plan with Device eligible for Multi-Line Saver (MLS) discounts?
    No, Plan with Device is not eligible for the MLS programme.

  6. Is Plan with Device eligible for Multi-Service Saver (MSS) discounts?
    Yes, lines on Plan with Device qualify for the MSS programme and count towards the total number of mobile lines that determines the applicable discount tier. However, MSS discounts do not apply to Plan Add-ons.

  7. Can I change my Plan Add-ons within the 24-month period?
    You may change to a Plan Add-on of higher value during the 24-month period. However, if you change it to one of a lower value, the applicable downgrade charges will apply.

  8. How do I sign up for Plan with Device?
    You can sign up via M1.com.sg/Build

  9. Can I enjoy Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI) benefits on Plan with Device?
    No, Corporate Individual Scheme benefits are not applicable on Plan with Device.

  10. If I am an existing customer with a supplementary line, what will happen to my supplementary line when I convert the main line to Plan with Device?
    Your supplementary line will be automatically converted to a $12 SIM-only Plan which comes with 3GB, 100 Mins and 100 SMS. Your existing discount and contract on your supplementary line (if any) will continue on this plan.

    Do note that the $12 SIM-only Plan will no longer be available for re-subscription in the event the line is terminated or changed to another plan.

 
  1. What is a SIM-only Plan?
    SIM-only Plan is a no-contract plan that does not come with a subsidised device.

  2. Am I eligible to subscribe to the SIM-only Plan?
    New customers and customers whose lines have no more handset contract / tariff rebate contract may take up the SIM-only Plan.

    Customers on mySIM3 plans (both no contract / 12-mth contract) may switch to the SIM-only Plan anytime. Any contract will be discharged and early termination charges waived.
    Prevailing term and conditions apply.

  3. I am on 12-mth mySIM3 plan auto-renewal programme. Am I eligible to change to the SIM-only Plan?
    Yes, you may change your plan via M1.com.sg. Early termination charges for the 12-month service commitment contract on mySIM3 plans will be waived.

  4. Is SIM-only Plan eligible for Multi-Line Saver (MLS) or Multi-Service Saver (MSS) discounts?
    No, SIM-only Plan is not eligible for the MLS and MSS programme.

  5. How do I sign up for SIM-only Plan?
    You can sign up via M1.com.sg/Build

  6. What is the minimum service commitment period for SIM-only plan?
    There is a minimum commitment period of 1 month for new sign-ups.

    No, Corporate Individual Scheme benefits are not applicable on SIM-only plan

    No, $12 SIM-only Plan is not eligible for the MLS and MSS programme.

  11. I am enjoying a discount on my supplementary plan. Will it continue if my supplementary plan is converted to $12 SIM-only Plan?
    Yes, your existing discounts will continue.
