Samsung Galaxy Z Series Launch Promotion Terms and Conditions

(i)The launch comprises of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 | Z Flip7 | Z Flip7 FE (“Eligible Devices”).
(ii)The launch of the Eligible Devices will start from 1 August 2025, 12am onwards (“Promotion Period”)
(iii)The Eligible Devices are available for purchase via $0 upfront (Bespoke Flexi plan) or partial device payment 2-year Device plans (Bespoke Contract) (“Eligible Plans”).
(iv)Customers may place an order for the Eligible Devices through the following channels :

- M1 Online shop

The following promotion is valid when you place your order during the Promotion Period:
(i)Galaxy Promotion:
- Up to $410 OFF Eligible Devices
- Up to $100 OFF for all new & port-in
- Up to $150 OFF for Citi M1 Credit Cardmembers
- Up to $100 OFF for SAFRA members
- Trade-in value of $650 is applicable for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6.
(ii) Promotion is strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Promotion is not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotion, unless otherwise expressly stated. Any unutilized amount for the offer will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.
(iii) M1 reserves the right, but shall in no event be obliged, to substitute the premium (as may be applicable) with a product of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice. M1 reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time. Any unutilised amount for the offers/promotions will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other items/promotions. Eligibility for the promotion shall be determined by M1 in its sole discretion and M1 reserves the right to not allow or to disqualify participation by any person in the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion. (iv) All goods and services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any term or condition at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
