Terms and Conditions

 

  • Free 10GB Promotion is applicable to new sign-ups, re-contracting customers or change of plan to Bespoke SIM-only plans. Free 10GB data promotion will not be sharable across any of the lines under Bespoke Family plan.

  • $100 off Handset Promotion is applicable for new sign-ups, re-contracting customers to Bespoke Flexi or Bespoke Contract plans.

  • All promotions valid for SAFRA members who are signing up for the Bespoke plans. Proof of M1 subscriber’s SAFRA membership must be provided at point of sign-up or re-contract (as may be applicable).

  • Promotion will cease upon cessation of Bespoke plans.

  • Promotion is limited to one redemption per line and not transferable.

  • Promotion is valid till further notice. Promotions cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotion cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions.

  • All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
