Premium Rate Services

 
  1. Upon activation of the Premium Rate Services Barring Service, Premium Rate Services^ ("PRS") provided by Third Party Providers will be barred.
    Customers who subscribe to the PRS Barring Service will not be able to sign up for any PRS including without limitation, those stated on the above list.

  2. All existing PRS subscriptions will also be terminated upon the Customer's subscription to the PRS Barring Service. Any applicable early termination charges for the termination of existing PRS subscriptions shall apply.

  3. The PRS Barring Service is free of charge for first-time postpaid subscribers. However, a registration fee of S$10.90 shall apply to all re-subscribers of the PRS Barring Service. For prepaid customers, PRS Barring Service is free of charge for all first-time and re-subscribers of the PRS Barring Service.

  4. M1 reserves the right at its discretion to update, modify or discontinue whether temporarily or permanently in accordance with applicable laws and/or regulations, the PRS Barring Service or any part thereof at any time.

  5. M1 may make changes to or revise these terms and conditions from time to time. All revisions will be published on this website and you are deemed to have accepted these terms as revised by your continued use of the PRS Barring Service. Please check back periodically to ensure that you are aware of any such revisions.

  6. M1 Limited's General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable specific terms and conditions for the provision of PRS published at www.m1.com.sg are also deemed incorporated by reference and shall apply. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by M1 at its sole discretion.

  7. ^ Premium Rate Services ("PRS") are value-added services provided over a public telecommunications network which consists of the provision of content/facility e.g. information, quizzes, games, etc for which charges are over and above standard network charges
