In line with our efforts to bring you better services, Voicemail Service will be discontinued from 1 December 2022
We are continuously reviewing our services and with the declining usage of voicemail service over the past few years, we have decided to retire the voicemail service.
Voicemail service will be ceased with effect from 1 December 2022.
Don’t worry, there is no action required from you. The service will be removed with effect from 1 December 2022. Do note that with the removal of the service, all saved messages will be deleted.
You will not be able to retrieve voicemail messages from 1 December 2022. All voicemail messages will be permanently deleted when the Voicemail service is removed.
Voicemail service is provided free of charge. As such, there will not be any subscription refund.
Yes, this will apply to all Prepaid and Postpaid mobile service including Business mobile service.
