Roaming Subscription is a monthly add-on for M1 Postpaid mobile customers.

 

You can enjoy 20% savings on your Pay-as-you-go voice calls, SMS, and data roaming with this subscription.

When you activate a Roaming Subscription add-on, you can make calls and send SMS while overseas.

 

To use data roaming, simply activate a Daily Passport or Data Passport for the best value.

Pay-As-You-Go Roaming

Pay-as-you-go Roaming (Voice & SMS) is a service that’s automatically activated for you.

 

It allows you to make calls and send SMS while you’re overseas, and you’ll only pay for what you use.

You’ll need to activate a data roaming option before you can use data overseas.

 

Just open My M1+ app and go to the Roaming tab.

 

 

You can choose:

 

  1. Data Passport

  2. Daily Passport

  3. Pay-as-you-go Roaming (Data)

PAYG data roaming is charged in 1MB blocks for each data session. Any usage within a session is rounded up to the nearest 1MB before charges are applied.

 

Example:

A customer uses a total of 1.3MB of roaming data across three separate sessions:

Total Charges: $0.06

 

Total charges will be $0.06 for 3MB usage in total (1MB + 1MB + 1MB) although you’ve only used 1.3MB. This is due to each usage session is billed separately and rounded up to the next 1MB block.
