  1. What is My M1+ App and My M1 App?
    My M1+ App is the new app for you to check usages, access bills and explore the latest deals and offers for your plan all at your fingertips.It is currently only available for users on Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only.

    For other Postpaid mobile plans, Home Broadband plans and Fixed Voice users, you may check your usages, access bills and explore the latest deals and offers you’re your plan on My M1 App.

    My M1 + App and My M1 App are currently not available for M1 corporate and Prepaid users.

  2. What are the platforms that support My M1+ App?
    • iOS
    • Android

    Min. version requirements: iOS 8.0 and above / Android 4.3 and above.

  3. Where can I download My M1+ App?
    You can download from Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  4. Do I have to pay to download My M1+ App?
    No, My M1+ App is a free app.

  5. I am a M1 corporate customer, why can't I log in to My M1+ App?
    My M1+ App is currently not available for corporate users.

  6. How can I login to use My M1+ App?
    To view your individual M1 service information, you can login via
    • Your M1 mobile number
    • Your M1 ID (registered email address)


  7. Where can I find my plan bundle details?
    From “Home”, select “View plan”. Your plan bundle and other add-ons such as 5G Booster and bundle packs (applicable for Bespoke Contract) are shown in that page.

  8. How accurate is the usage information shown in “Home”?
    It is an estimation of your unbilled data, talktime, SMS usage.
    Data usage is rounded up to the nearest MB or 1 decimal place for GB.
    Talktime is rounded up to the nearest minute.
    It is calculated based on sum of usage against plan bundle and add-on (where applicable).

  9. What is purpose of the ‘Roaming’ tab in My M1+ App?
    • You can subscribe to M1’s Roaming Services and Data Passport.
    • Track your overseas usage of roaming data, talktime and SMS.


  10. What is the purpose of the ‘Bill’ tab in My M1+ App?
    • You can check the amount due for your account.
    • Pay M1 bills via credit or debit cards.
    • View your current bill.


  11. What is the purpose of “Chat with us” in “More” tab in My M1+ App?
