Mobile Plans

All charges are inclusive of 9% GST and will be adjusted according to the prevailing GST rates

Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to customers who sign up to M1’s current range of Postpaid mobile plans on or after 18 December 2020.

Mobile Plans
Free bundled talktime, SMS and data extends to local usage unless otherwise stated. Data usage is restricted to reasonable personal mobile use and non-commercial purposes only. Excess local voice and video call usage is charged at 18.53​ cents per minute, with a minimum one-minute charge and billed per second thereafter. Airtime charges apply for mobile calls made to "1800" local toll free service numbers. Excess SMS is charged at 5.45 cents each. Excess usage above the Free Local Data Bundle is charged at $12.22 per GB. M1 bill charges are not subject to any cap. Local mobile data services are available with theoretical download speed of 7.2Mbps and typical download speed range* of 2.7 - 5.5Mbps (at fixed locations). While roaming overseas, prevailing data roaming charges will apply. Click here for country-specific roaming charges.

New Line Sign-ups
Minimum 1-month commitment period applies for new sign-ups on Contract with Device + Plan Add-on (if any) and Plan with Device + Plan Add-on (if any), and SIM-only Plan. Early termination charge equivalent to 1 month’s subscription is applicable for termination during the commitment period. This early termination charge is without prejudice to and on top of any applicable termination or downgrade charge under your Device Contract. 

Minimum 1-month subscription is required for customers who sign up for Bespoke SIM-only.

4G VAS
4G VAS is applicable on Plan with Device, including Plan Add-ons (if any), and SIM-only Plan. Monthly subscription of 4G VAS is waived permanently. Theoretical download speed of 300Mbps and typical download speed range* of 46.8 - 110.1Mbps (at fixed locations) is only available with 4G service on compatible 4G devices.

* The typical download speed range refers to the range of download speeds that users can experience 80% of the time based on the specific test conditions and parameters which are stipulated on https://m1.com.sg/support/hbbspeeds. Testing Time Frame: January to March 2019.

Free Value-added Services
This is only applicable on Plan with Device and SIM-only Plan. Airtime charges apply for incoming calls to Voicemail and retrieval of Voicemail messages. Prevailing roaming usage charges apply when Voicemail service is used overseas.

200 minutes / 800 minutes / Unlimited Talktime Add-ons
200 minutes / 800 minutes / Unlimited Talktime Add-ons are applicable on Plan with Device and SIM-only Plan. Talktime Add-on bundles apply to local voice / video calls only. Usage in excess of the Talktime Add-on bundle will be charged in accordance with local talktime usage charges for Plan with Device and SIM-only Plan. Only one Talktime Add-on is allowed per mobile line. Bundled talktime will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess talktime charges incurred prior to activation date. To change a Talktime Add-on, the existing Talktime Add-on must first be terminated before a new one can be added. Subscription fees and bundled talktime will not be pro-rated.

Fair Use Policy
“Unlimited" talktime, messaging and data usage are restricted to reasonable personal use and non-commercial purposes only. For Bespoke Flexi, Bespoke Contract and Bespoke SIM-only, “Unlimited” talktime is only applicable to local voice calls. For Contract with Device, Plan with Device and SIM-only plan, “Unlimited” talktime is only applicable to local voice and video calls. “Unlimited” messaging is only applicable to SMS sent to local mobile numbers. Any abuse, such as, but not limited to, SMS broadcasts or sending unsolicited material (Spam), will entitle M1 to revoke the customer's benefits, suspend and/or terminate any services, in M1's sole discretion. If you use more than 10,000 outgoing local call minutes or more than 10,000 local SMS per billing cycle, such usage will be deemed to be excessive or abusive usage, for which prevailing pay-per-use charges shall apply. 

For Maxx, any “Unlimited” talktime is only applicable to local outgoing voice calls. Any abuse will entitle M1 to revoke the customer's benefits, in M1's sole discretion. If you use more than 3,000 outgoing local call minutes in a billing cycle, such usage will be deemed to be excessive or abusive usage, for which continuous provision of outgoing calls service is subject to you purchasing applicable add-on services for local voice calls. 

For Maxx, any abuse, such as, but not limited to, SMS broadcasts or sending unsolicited material (Spam), will entitle M1 to revoke the customer's benefits, suspend and/or terminate any services, in M1's sole discretion. If you use more than 150 local SMS per day, such usage will be deemed to be excessive or abusive usage, for which M1 may in its sole discretion revoke the customer's benefits, suspend and/or terminate any services without notice. 

Without prejudice to M1’s other rights to terminate or suspend any Services, to the fullest extent permissible under Applicable Laws, we have the discretion to terminate the Agreement or suspend any Services without prior notice to you for the following events:

  • if you did not activate the SIM Card/eSIM and/or Services within fourteen (14) Business Days from the date of purchase/issuance of the SIM Card/eSIM and/or Services; and/or
  • if your work pass, visa, or permit (such as work permit, S pass, or Employment Pass) and/or any immigration pass, visa, or permit (such as student’s pass or entry permit) is revoked or has expired.


In this clause, “Business Day” means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Singapore.

There will be no refund of any unused value in any suspended or terminated Services for any reason whatsoever. 

M1 reserves the right to amend the Fair Use Policy for Unlimited Usage from time to time at its discretion, without any prior notice.

Unlimited Free Calls to 3 M1 Numbers
"Unlimited Free Calls to 3 M1 Numbers" (the "Service") applies to local voice calls only. Subscribers may nominate up to 3 M1 Numbers under this Service. Subscribers may not nominate their own M1 number for the Service. M1 reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to terminate the Service without prior notice to subscribers in the event of any fraudulent use or misuse of the Service.

IDD 021 Saver
IDD 021 Saver is only applicable to voice calls made to any residential and mobile line in Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Puerto Rico, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA and Vietnam and only to any residential line in Australia, UK and New Zealand. Voice calls made to any mobile line in Australia, UK and New Zealand are chargeable at fixed rates of $0.28/min, $0.30/min and $0.50/min respectively. IDD 021 voice calls are deductible from the free outgoing calls bundle included on the main mobile plan and charged at local outgoing call rate after the free bundle is fully consumed. Free IDD 021 calls are capped at 700 minutes, after which prevailing IDD 021 rates based on the respective call destinations will apply. Applicable only with correct dialing sequence. Handset Offers
You are required to sign the relevant handset contract where applicable and be bound by the terms and conditions therein. All phone offers featured are applicable to new line connections or existing customers who have completed at least 11 months of their contract. Existing customers who have completed less than 20 months of their contract will need to pay an additional early re-contract fee of $203.74 or $356.54​ as detailed below.

Early Re-contract
Early Re-contract is applicable for Bespoke Contract, Contract with Device and Plan with Device only. Additional early re-contract fee of $203.74 or $356.54​ will apply on phone offers for customers who have completed at least 11 months but less than 20 months of their contract for Bespoke Contract or Plan with Device. Upon re-contract and payment of the following applicable Early Re-contract Fee, customer will be bound by the terms and conditions of only the new contract.

For phone offer prices on mid-tier and above contracts, pre-payment of up to $800 for a bill credit will be applicable if your subscription to the applicable M1 service(s) is less than 12 months. For phone offer prices on Contract with Device and Plan with Device mid-tier and above contracts, pre-payment of $200 for a bill credit will be applicable for subsequent mid-tier and above contract(s) if your subscription to the applicable M1 service(s) is less than 12 months. Pre-payment charges will be charged separately. Customer with less than six (6) months tenure may sign up for only 1 mid-tier and above contract. Use of the iPhone constitutes acceptance of the iPhone terms and conditions and other third party terms and conditions found in the iPhone box, or at www.apple.com/legal/sla.Some features, applications and services are not available in all areas. Application availability and pricing are subject to change. Roaming SMS charges apply for activation of FaceTime and iMessage while overseas. Standard data rates apply for the use of some applications.

Re-contract Administrative Fee
Re-contract administrative fee of $10.90 applies for customers eligible for re-contract except for online re-contracts via m1.com.sg. If you are re-contracting to Contract with Device + Plan Add-on (if any) and Plan with Device + Plan Add-on (if any) and you are a Sunriser / Citibank M1 Card Member/ Corporate customer, you can also enjoy a waiver of the administrative fee with plan upgrades at point of re-contract.

Data Passport Usage
You can only use up to 10GB of your data bundle for any Postpaid mobile plan for each monthly billing cycle. For the avoidance of doubt, Plan Add-ons, Bundle Packs (only applicable for Bespoke Contract, Contract with Device and Plan with Device) and 5G Booster Pack built on top of the base mobile plan can be used for Data Passport usage however they do not increase the 10GB limit. 

For Bespoke Contract, Bespoke Flexi and Bespoke SIM-only, 
Data Passport usage charges of $12.22/GB apply for usage in excess of 10GB.The $12.22/GB excess Data Passport usage charge applies on top of excess local data charges of $12.22/GB if you also exceed your local data bundle. Subscription fees for respective Data Passports apply.

For Contract with Device, Plan with Device and SIM-only,
Data Passport usage charges of $10.10/GB apply for usage in excess of 10GB.The $10.10/GB excess Data Passport usage charge applies on top of excess local data charges of $12.22/GB if you also exceed your local data bundle. Subscription fees for respective Data Passports apply.

For mySIMe plans,
Additional 25GB/85GB/90GB local data for mySIMe 40/70/90 is not applicable for Data Passport usage. Data Passport usage charges of $10.10/GB apply for usage in excess of 10GB for mySIMe 70/90 whereas $10.19/GB apply for usage in excess of 10GB for mySIMe 118. The $10.10/GB excess Data Passport usage charge applies on top of excess local data charges of $10.10/GB (prevailing GST will apply) if you also exceed your local data bundle. Subscription fees for respective Data Passports apply.

mySIMe 40 / 70 / 90 plans comes with additional bundle of local data, talktime and minutes can be shared with supplementary line / mySIMs plan.

Corporate Customers
Customers who are under M1 Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI), or whose mobile lines are registered under company's name will not be eligible for (1) SAFRA promotions and (2) iPhone Tariff Rebate promotions. Special Pricing Handset promotions cannot be applied together with (1) Free Premium specified for selected featured models, (2) Full Mobile Number Portability, (3) New Line Connection and (4) Re-contract promotions.

mySIMe and EM+ 5G Plans

5G service comes with a minimum 24 months service commitment. Customer’s contractual commitment period will start from the date of sign-up and continue for a period of 24 months thereafter. Prematurely termination of the service during the commitment period, the termination charges will be the remaining months of the contract period based on 5G VAS prevailing rates for the applicable monthly charge amount. Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 shall continue to apply.

Separate $38.15 SIM card and $10.90 registration charges apply for new line connections, unless otherwise stated. $38.15 SIM card charge is also applicable for SIM exchange. Customers are encouraged to transfer / back up SIM data before proceeding with a SIM exchange. For new line connection with purchase of SIM card, selection of the mobile number shall be from the list on M1 website, www.m1.com.sg.

M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes. Bespoke Flexi Monthly Device Programme Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Monthly Device Programme is open to customers on Bespoke Flexi only. Each line is only eligible for 1 device under the Monthly Device Programme at any time. Purchaser of new device under the Monthly Device Programme is subject to clause8.

  2. Customers may choose 12 months, 18 months, 24 months or 36 months payment term for the outstanding device balance upon sign up. The term cannot be altered thereafter. In this Terms and Conditions, “Monthly Payment” refers to payment due each month.

  3. The Monthly Payment will be charged to your monthly M1 bill.

  4. Temporarily suspension of Bespoke Flexi plan prior to completing the Monthly Device Programme is not allowed for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, losing possession of the mobile device.

  5. If you terminate or renew your plan to another eligible plan before completing your Monthly Device Programme, you shall make full payment of your current device outstanding balance (the monthly device payment x remaining term) and any handset discount recovery charges (if applicable).

  6. You may modify your local data and minutes entitlement of your Bespoke Flexi via My M1+ App. However, you may only do it once every billing cycle.

  7. All charges are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate.

  8. Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 or any other entity within the M1 Group shall continue to remain valid, unless otherwise agreed by M1 or the relevant M1 entity.

  9. M1's General & Specific Terms and Conditions for the provision of M1’s mobile services published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply to this contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

(A) Bespoke Contract Terms & Conditions:

  1. Customers will start their service subscription commitment period from their date of purchase of the subsidised mobile device and  continue for a period of 24 months thereafter ("Commitment Period").

  2. In the event that the customer prematurely terminates or downgrades his service subscription plan and/or any plan add-on (as applicable) during the Commitment Period, he shall pay the termination charge or downgrade charge stated in the Device Contract.

  3. The Customer whose service subscription plan is terminated by M1 during the Commitment Period for payment default or other lawful reasons will also have to pay the termination charge stated in the Device Contract.

  4. Customer is not allowed to temporarily disconnect M1's services during the Commitment Period for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, losing possession of the subsidised mobile device. In the event the customer chooses to terminate this contract due to the loss of the subsidised mobile device, the termination charge stated in the Device Contract shall apply.

  5. Customer is not allowed to transfer the M1 line bound by a Device Contract.

  6. All charges are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate.

  7. Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 or any other entity within the M1 Group shall continue to apply, unless otherwise agreed by M1 or the relevant M1 entity.

  8. M1's General Terms and Conditions published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply to this contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favorable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

  9. Save as otherwise provided under applicable law, M1’s entire liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to the customer and anyone who uses our services (except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) shall be limited to the lower of $5,000 or the total of the customer’s three (3) months' charges preceding the event.

(B) $500 Sunriser Loyalty Voucher for Bespoke Contract + $180.66 Plan Add-on

  1. Customers on Bespoke Contract + $180.66 Plan Add-on are entitled to a $500 Sunriser Loyalty Voucher upon completion of 12 months on this plan.

  2. The voucher is can be used to purchase any handset at normal 2-year promotional price. Upon recontract, 2-year contract on Bespoke Contract will apply.

  3. To redeem for the voucher, the mobile line must be eligible for recontract.

  4. Additional early re-contract fee of $203.74 or $356.54 will apply on phone offers for customers who have completed at least 11 months but less than 20 months of their contract. This charge is deductible against the voucher. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers and benefits unless otherwise stated.

  5. Unused balance of the voucher will be forfeited

  6. The voucher cannot be transferred to another mobile line or party.

  7. Voucher cannot be exchange for any benefit-in-kind.

(A) Bespoke Contract Terms & Conditions:

  1. Customers will start their service subscription commitment period from their date of purchase of the subsidised mobile device and  continue for a period of 24 months thereafter ("Commitment Period").

  7. Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 or any other entity within the M1 Group shall continue to apply, unless otherwise agreed by M1 or the relevant M1 entity.

  8. M1's General Terms and Conditions published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply to this contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favorable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

  9. Save as otherwise provided under applicable law, M1’s entire liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to the customer and anyone who uses our services (except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) shall be limited to the lower of $5,000 or the total of the customer’s three (3) months' charges preceding the event.

(B) $500 Sunriser Loyalty Voucher for Bespoke Contract + $77 Plan Add-on
 

  1. Customers on Bespoke Contract + $77 Plan Add-on are entitled to a $500 Sunriser Loyalty Voucher upon completion of 12 months on this plan.

  2. The voucher is can be used to purchase any handset at normal 2-year promotional price. Upon recontract, 2-year contract on Bespoke Contract will apply.

  3. To redeem for the voucher, the mobile line must be eligible for recontract.

  4. Additional early re-contract fee will apply on phone offers for customers who have completed at least 11 months but less than 20 months of their contract. This charge is deductible against the voucher. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers and benefits unless otherwise stated.

  5. Unused balance of the voucher will be forfeited.

  6. The voucher cannot be transferred to another mobile line or party.

  7. Voucher cannot be exchange for any benefit-in-kind.

Bespoke Family Plan New/Port-in Promotion

  • $4.14 off monthly subscription promotion is applicable for new sign-ups and port in customers to Bespoke Family Plan. $4.14 off monthly subscription is applicable for 24 months there after prevailing subscription will apply after the promotion.

  • Promotion is valid till further notice. Promotions cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated.

  • All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws. M1 reserves the right to vary any term or condition. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.

Bespoke Family Plan

  • Bespoke Family Plan is open to eligible customers with an active Bespoke Sim-only Plan, Bespoke Contract Plan, Bespoke Flexi Plan, Bespoke SIM-only (Business) Plan, Bespoke Contract (Business) Plan or Bespoke Flexi (Business) Plan. To enjoy the Bespoke Family Plan, eligible customers must select an eligible main line (“Main Line”) and add one or more eligible mobile lines (“Family Lines”) under the Bespoke Family Plan. The Main Line and the Family Lines within a Bespoke Family Plan may share the local data, local talktime and local SMS bundles in the eligible sharing pool among themselves.

  • Family Lines are SIM-only post-paid mobile plan, which comes with allocated local data, local talktime and local SMS bundles that may be shared among the lines in the Bespoke Family Plan. All charges (including any excess usage charges) incurred by the Family Lines will be billed under the Main Line's billing account.

  • Customers who sign-up for Family Lines are required to have an active Bespoke Sim-only Plan, Bespoke Contract Plan, Bespoke Flexi Plan, Bespoke SIM-only (Business) Plan, Bespoke Contract (Business) Plan or Bespoke Flexi (Business) Plan as their Main Line at all times. For the avoidance of doubt, all applicable terms and conditions (including any minimum commitment period) of the customer’s Main Line remain unchanged and shall continue to apply, unless otherwise stated by M1.

  • In the event the customer’s Main Line is changed to an ineligible bill plan or terminated for any reason, all Family Line(s) under that Bespoke Family Plan will be automatically converted to a Bespoke SIM-only Plan as set out in the relevant service application forms and applicable M1’s terms and conditions for the relevant Family Line, unless otherwise determined by M1 at its sole discretion.

  • The applicable rate of discount on the monthly subscription charges for the Family Lines depends on the number of Family Lines signed-up for and maintained under the Bespoke Family Plan and is determined on a monthly basis at each bill cycle.

  • Bespoke Family Plan is not valid for customers whose mobile lines are registered under business’/company’s name. Customers on unlimited data plan are also not eligible for the Bespoke Family Plan.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all add-ons, including without limitation, 5Go Plus, 5Go Access, Unlimited Weekend, Bundle Packs, Data Passport, $10.19 Talktime and SMS Pack and other add-ons, have to be subscribed for under each individual line in the Bespoke Family Plan and are not sharable across any of the lines under the Bespoke Family Plan, unless otherwise stated by M1. For the avoidance of doubt, subscription to and use of add-ons are subject to applicable terms and conditions, as well as applicable registration and eligibility criteria.

  • Eligibility for the Bespoke Family Plan (including eligibility of each Family Line to be added/sign-up for) shall be subject to M1’s registration guidelines prevailing from time to time and shall be determined by M1 at its sole discretion.

  • M1 reserves the right to amend or vary these terms and conditions at any time. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give you advance notice (which may be through written notice, email, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.

  • All goods and services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at www.m1.com.sg. Device Contract

  1. Customers will start their service subscription commitment period from their date of purchase of the subsidised mobile device and continue for a period of 24 months thereafter ("Commitment Period").

  2. In the event that the customer prematurely terminates or downgrades his service subscription plan and/or any plan add-on (as applicable) during the Commitment Period, he shall pay the termination charge or downgrade charge stated in the Device Contract.

  3. The Customer whose service subscription plan is terminated by M1 during the Commitment Period for payment default or other lawful reasons will also have to pay the termination charge stated in the Device Contract.

  4. Customer is not allowed to temporarily disconnect M1's services during the Commitment Period for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, losing possession of the subsidised mobile device. In the event the customer chooses to terminate this contract due to the loss of the subsidised mobile device, the termination charge stated in the Device Contract shall apply.

  5. Customer is not allowed to transfer the M1 line bound by a Device Contract.

  7. Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 or any other entity within the M1 Group shall continue to apply, unless otherwise agreed by M1 or the relevant M1 entity.

  8. M1's General Terms and Conditions published at www.m1.com.sg are deemed incorporated herein and shall apply to this contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favorable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.

  9. Save as otherwise provided under applicable law, M1’s entire liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to the customer and anyone who uses our services (except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) shall be limited to the lower of $5,000 or the total of the customer’s three (3) months' charges preceding the event.

         Sunriser Handset Re-contract Discount

         Sunrisers on Plan with Device with $188.46 Plan Add-on are entitled to a $500 Handset Re-contract Discount off the normal 2-year promotional price of any handset at M1 Shops under the following scenario:

  • For a new M1 line on Contract with Device with $188.46 Plan Add-on, the Sunriser will receive a $500 Handset Re-contract Discount at the completion of his 12-month Sunriser membership or upon renewal of his Sunriser membership.
  • For existing customers who upgrade their bill plans to Contract with Device with $188.46 Plan Add-on, they will receive a $500 Handset Re-contract Discount if the following conditions are fulfilled

a. Customer has the M1 line for at least 12 months, and

b. Customer has no existing handset contract, or if there is an existing handset contract, the term must exceed 11 months.

  • Sunriser handset re-contract discount cannot be applied together with (1) Full Mobile Number Portability, (2) New Line Connection and (3) Re-contract promotions.

Data Roaming Protection
$100 Data Roaming Protection (DRP) service is mandatory for all customers on SIM-only Plan. Customers will receive SMS notifications at 80% and 100% of data roaming usage and roaming service will stop once usage hits $100. Customers can continue data roaming usage by resetting the data roaming protection counter upon payment of $100.

Bespoke SIM-only (Business) (30GB) + 170GB Promotion

  • Promotion is applicable for new sign-ups, recontract and change of plan to Bespoke SIM-only (Business) (30GB) only.
  • Free 170GB is valid on Bespoke SIM-only (Business) (30GB) plan.
  • Bespoke SIM-only (Business) (30GB) + 170GB. Prevailing monthly subscription will apply.
  • Promotion will cease upon cessation of Bespoke SIM-only plan, which include change of plan to another data bundle.
  • The free 170GB is for local data usage.
  • Promotion is valid till further notice. Promotions cannot be used with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotion cannot be exchanged for any benefit-in-kind.

  • Free 6 months Caller Number Display is valid for new customers on Bespoke SIM-only (Business) (30GB), till further notice:
  • Promotion is valid for new customers who sign up Bespoke SIM-only (Business) (30GB+ 170 GB) Plan online.
  • Free 6 months promotion is provisioned at the point of sign-up / port-in.
  • Thereafter, prevailing subscription charges of $5.45 will apply, and will not be pro-rated under any circumstances.
  • Customers who choose to subscribe to the Add-on at a later point will not enjoy the promotion.

$10.19 / $20.38 / $50.94 Bundle Packs are recurring monthly add-ons applicable for new, re-contracting and existing customers, and are for local usage only. Multiple Bundle Packs can be subscribed at the same time. There is no activation fee or minimum subscription period. Subscription fee will not be pro-rated. The data and talktime bundle will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess talktime or data charges incurred prior to the activation date. The recurring monthly subscription charges for the Bundle Packs at the prevailing rates shall apply until the Subscriber terminates his subscription to the Service.

Plan with Device and SIM-only

$10.19 / $20.38 / $50.94 Bundle Packs are recurring monthly add-ons applicable for new, re-contracting and existing customers, and are for local usage only. Bundle Packs are mutually exclusive and cannot be subscribed at the same time. If customer has subscribed to a Bundle Pack, he may change his subscription to another Bundle Pack at any time, however, he may not re-subscribe to the same Bundle Pack within the same billing cycle. There is no activation fee or minimum subscription period. Subscription fee will not be pro-rated. The talktime or data bundle will only be effective from the date of activation and will not offset any excess talktime or data charges incurred prior to the activation date. The recurring monthly subscription charges for the Bundle Packs at the prevailing rates shall apply until the Subscriber terminates his subscription to the Service.

Lines on Bespoke Contract and Plan with Device count towards the total number of mobile lines for the qualification of MSS programme and determination of the applicable MSS discount, and are also eligible for the MSS Discount. However, Plan Add-ons, are not eligible for MSS Discount.

Lines on Bespoke Flexi count towards the total number of mobile lines for the qualification of MSS programme and determination of the applicable MSS discount, but are not eligible for the MSS Discount.

Lines on Bespoke SIM-only and SIM-only Plan do not count towards the total number of mobile lines for the qualification of MSS programme and determination of the applicable MSS Discount, and are not eligible for the MSS Discount.
