Activate or Deactivate Network Lock
Network Lock? It’s a resounding YES!
Step 1
Access the Roaming Tab at the bottom and select Subscribe to more services.
Step 2
Click on Network Lock.
Step 3
Click on Subscribe.
Select Confirm and OK to subscribe.
You will receive a confirmation SMS when Network Lock is subscribed.
Boohoo — deactivate and say goodbye to Network Lock.
Step 1
Access the Roaming Tab at the bottom and select Network Lock.
Step 2
Select Unsubscribe.
Step 3
Select Confirm and Ok to unsubscribe.
You will receive a confirmation SMS when Network Lock is unsubscribed.
Network Lock? It’s a resounding YES! You can activate both one month and monthly recurring Data Passports via Manage My Account.
Step 1
Select My Account.
Step 2
Expand Services and click on Roaming tab.
Step 3
By default, the Data Passport tab will be shown. Select a country to begin.
Step 4
All available Data Passports for the selected destination will be displayed.
Select the desired Data Passport by clicking on the toggle button.
Step 5
Select Confirm.
You will receive a confirmation SMS once the service is activated.
You can deactivate both one month and monthly recurring Data Passports via Manage My Account.

Select My Account.
Step 2
Expand Services and click on Roaming tab.
Step 3
Click on toggle button next to the Data Passport to be deactivated.
Step 4
Select Confirm.
You will receive a confirmation SMS once the service is activated.
Network Lock? It’s a resounding YES!

Call *123# and input 4 to select Network Lock.
Step 2
Input 1 to Activate Network Lock.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation SMS when Network Lock is activated.
You can only deactivate monthly recurring Data Passports via Manage My Account.

Input 1 to Deactivate Network Lock.
Step 3
You will receive a confirmation SMS when Network Lock is deactivated.
