GIRO & Recurring PAYMENT
GIRO
DBS or POSB bank account holders can apply for monthly GIRO payment through internet banking, or via ATM and AXS machines. For DBS/POSB iBanking, simply log in to https://go.dbs.com/sg-setupdda, select Payment Services – Add/Change GIRO Arrangement. GIRO application will be approved in 3 working days.
For application through AXS Stations, simply tap on DBS/POSB icon, select Services – Apply for GIRO – M1 Limited. GIRO application will be updated in your account within 3 working days.
For accounts with other banks, simply fill up a GIRO application form which can be obtained from M1 Shop or download form here.
Recurring Payment
To set up monthly recurring bill payment with your credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX), simply fill up the application form which can be obtained from M1 Shop or download form here.
Card on File
Set up monthly recurring bill payment by saving your card (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX) with us via MyM1 Mobile App.
