Upon approval of your email registration, you shall receive your eBill for your next or following month’s bill.
M1’s record of mail delivery schedule shall be conclusive.
In the event of any difference between a printed bill from the eBill and M1’s original soft copy, M1’s original soft copy shall prevail and shall be conclusive.
You are to inform M1 of any change to your email address.
If you cancel your M1 eBill service, we will resume/start sending monthly paper bills by post from the next or following month’s bill, to your registered billing address. Unless otherwise stated or agreed by us, if you cancel your M1 eBill service, a monthly recurring charge of $2.73 per billing for personal account while $5.45 per billing for business accounts (inclusive of 9% GST) per bill per billing account will be chargeable for the monthly paper bills, in addition to all other applicable charges payable by you.
M1 reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this service without prior notice to you and you shall be bound by the amended terms and conditions accordingly.
DISCLAIMERS
M1 shall not be liable for bills/notifications sent to the email address that is erroneously provided by you.
M1 shall not be liable for any unsuccessful emails sent to your given address for whatever reason(s).
