Requirements for Postpaid Mobile

Applicants must meet the following age requirements at the time of application:
- Minimum age for M1’s Bespoke Contract, Bespoke SIM-only, Plan with Device and SIM-only Plan is 18 years old.
- Minimum age for M1’s Bespoke Flexi is 21 years old.
Applicants for M1’s Contract with Device & Plan with Device who are under the age of 18 years old at the time of application may not subscribe to IDD and Roaming services unless there is a guarantor.

We may require you to provide a deposit in respect of our services(s). Such deposit may be used by M1 to offset any outstanding charges under any of your accounts.
The deposit or any balance thereof will be returned to you without interest upon termination of our services(s) and complete settlement of all outstanding charges or claims incurred.

We may require you to provide a prepayment in respect of our service(s). Such a prepayment will be used by M1 to offset any outstanding charges under any of your accounts.
The prepayment or any balance thereof will be returned to you without interest upon termination of our services(s) and complete settlement of all outstanding charges or claims incurred.
We may require you to provide an upfront payment in respect of our service(s). Such an upfront payment will be used to offset the cost of the device.

Corporate Individual Customers (CORI)	Staff Pass / Letter of Employment Letter of employment is accepted only at selected M1 Shops and roadshows.
Foreigner / Non-Resident^*	Original Employment Pass / Diplomat Pass / Non-Diplomat Pass All documents must be valid for at least 6 months. Original Work Permit Pass / Student Pass / PEP Pass (Personalised Employment Pass) / Social Visit Pass / Dependent Pass / S Pass All documents must be valid for at least 6 months. Pass holders in this section are (i) required to pay a minimum deposit of $200 for Plan with Device/Contract with Device; and (ii) not eligible for Bespoke Flexi. An extra prepayment up to $800 is applicable to mid-tier handset / iPhone Lite contract and above.

BRN Companies (With Certificate of Incorporation)	Authorised Officer (AO) (Singaporeans / PRs above 18 years old and P, Q & S Pass holders) must apply in person. Original NRIC or Identity Document of the AO must be presented. Original authorization letter signed off by managerial level and above must be presented. Authorisation letters signed by AOs themselves are not accepted. ACRA or BIZNET search result with original company stamp must be presented.
Non-BRN Companies (Without Certificate of Incorporation)	A copy of partner’s NRIC or Identity Document must be obtained.

Non-BRN Companies (Without Certificate of Incorporation)

Post-office box addresses, virtual office addresses and overseas addresses may not be used for registration.
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents below 21 years of age must register with their NRIC address, which must also be their billing address.
